Since you took the time to explain your build i'd say its decent. not how i would play teemo but its always good to experiment

Good idea, but I think it needs some work. I thought Rageblade was a given for all hybrid builds. I like Nashor's / Lich Bane, but I don't know about Deathfire/Zhonya's... Not sure if Sword of the Divine fits what you are looking for, and I'm not sure if spell vamp is affected by its damage, but you could take a look at it.

Also, Clarity!??! Tele is good, but Clarity!?

AnalSamurai, you read my description right? to be able to plant a trap whenever its ready, and to always be able to use blinding dart, and move quick. you NEED that clarity to refill, you dont even have alot of mana regen with this build(atleast not enough). Why? well, i just check the numbers and to be able to fire a blinding dart every 12 seconds, you need a manaregen of 54.6666666667(ish), and to plant a trap every 20th second, you need a manaregen of 31.25. 31.25+54.6666667=85.416666666667. so if you fire your spells whenever theyre ready(infact more often than that since you got a 9% CDR from masteries). youll need more than twice the manaregen. About the guinsoo's, i havent thought of that one, but ive tried games ending before DFG.
