Meme build I developed when I was trying to have fun making off-meta builds --
It's fun playing with an ashe ult nuke just trying to pick off priority enemies by sniping them and nuking a chunk of their hp on top of the long stun depending on how far you are from your target which is satisfying when you land it :^)
