This is my first guide for Nidalee. It seems that there aren't so much players who can play her.
I will show you how you have to play Nidalee the right way.

This is the first time ever that i write a guide in english so please take a little considerate.

Pros

• Easy to farm with Cougar
• Once you can aim, you deal great damage
• Very easy to escape from bad situation

Cons

• Very squish, you should stay back
• Need a bit of farm
• Need much skill (for spear)
• Not recommended for new players
• Needs a lot of mana if you spam your spear (get Blue)

To be honest, i dont change my Runes / Summoner Spells / Masteries.
I play with them Solo Top, Mid and Bot with my Mate.

I recommend Greater Quintessence of Ability Power to deal greater damage with the spear and heal a bit more at level 2.

Greater Mark of Magic Penetration is a must-have for every AP Char i think. You can deal even more damage with it.
Greater Seal of Magic Resist to get less damage from the enemies. Pretty Standard.
Greater Glyph of Ability Power to deal more Damage and to heal more, like our Quintessence. I have taken enough good experiences with that.

Flash It's a must-have spell for pretty every char i think.
Ignite For some early-game kills pretty good.

But you can also take some other good spells like:
Exhaust It's nice for the whole game but i still like Ignite more.

Why 21/0/9 and not 9/0/21 ?

Because we can get more AP, cdr, magic pen. and some extra damage from 21/0/9.

We get more AP and extra damage from Mental Force , Blast , Archmage and Executioner .
Cool down reduction from Sorcery. 4% doesnt sound that much, but it is enough.
10% magic penetration for free from Arcane Knowledge .
And, last but not least, Summoner's Wrath for our Ignite - gives us 5AP/5AD extra. (Sounds not much too, but it's still better than nothing.)

And why 9 Points in Utility and not Defense?
Expanded Mind I think it's better than Good Hands because we are not going to die. ;p
Swiftness is also very good for Nid. I prefer Swiftness and not Meditation because we have Dorans Ring and +3 Mana isn't that Much. Try to aim so you dont have to waste your Mana so often.
And again, last but not least, Runic Affinity so you can have blue a bit longer.

Dorans Ring Mana Regen + AP + Life - Very good to start with.
Now take some kills or a bit of farm so you can buy Needlessly Large Rod.
After that, go and buy Boots and Blasting Wand if you have enough Gold.
It shouldn't take too long for Rabadon's Deathcap.
Now you deal even more damage with your spear and you should get enough feed to buy Mercury's Treads and start with your next item Sheen to build it to Lich Blane.
You will need some defense too so buy Banshee's Veil.
Now you can decide between even more defense or some extra damage.
I really love the passive from Void Staff.
