Early lane phase
As assassin Thresh early game you are just going for poke damage but you mostly want to farm up for your sanguine blade as this is a huge bonus to your damage and sustain in lane. use your w to reduce damage. always last hit minions so if you can engage someone flay is already charging and hasn't been reset by hitting minions.
when you see someone with a dark harvest proc wait for your red flay passive and it usually one hits especially if you get a dusk blade

late game
if your fed have fun you will kick *** be careful of tanks and set up dusk blade red flay kills for ez one hits on adc and any squishys
if your not fed uhhhhh ff 15 :)
fr if you loose lane don't give up your damage will be plenty vs any squishy after you have at least your dusk blade and sanguine blade just bush camp and get red flay and dusk blade
if you are against a tank just farm and kill other lanes
