Introduction

Welcome to the Assassin's Creed - Talon Build.

In this build I will show you how to make Talon a fast and killer Champion.

Summoner Spells

Recommended Spells

This summoner spell slows the target down and with Talon's Passive Mercy he gains a 10% damage increase on slowed targets. It's great early game but end game when you have Frozen Mallet it becomes more of a help spell on other targets.

Using Rake a lot tends to take up mana and Talon doesn't have a lot of mana at first. So grab this and own minions, monsters, or champs.

Useful Spells

Because Talon is very fragile, heal might be best suited for him.

Need to make a quick kill or perhaps get out of danger, this spell is just for you. Typically used by almost everyone.

Perhaps you don't use your mouse very well (like I do, mainly because I play on a laptop) and you just don't like Flash. Well Ghost is your substitute.

Although he doesn't benefit very well from this do to he has no use for the AP buff adding Attack Speed makes him a faster killer.

Need to get somewhere in a flash, a champ taking down a turret use this spell if you wanna go somewhere in a instant that's a farther distance than using Flash or Ghost.

Not so useful Spells

(at least for this build)
Revive
Cleanse
Promote
Clairvoyance
Garrison

I'm really not gonna go into too much detail about these but I find that they just don't fit for Talon regardless of what build you choose. Revive is mainly for tanking. If you're getting hit too much replace a with . Promote why your gonna take down turrets so fast and kill enemies you won't need it. Clairvoyance, eh usually used by support champs. Garrison, see Promote.

Runes

Recommended

Greater Quintessence of Desolation

Need I say more. Talon is an assassin, and needs Attack Speed, Armor Pent and Might. Plus like all assassins getting that Critical Strike sure helps.

Alternate Runes

Too make him less squishy add Armor runes and/or Health runes. That's really it to be honest you can add them to the mix of the Recommended runes. I just usually use my recommended ones.

Pros / Cons

Pros

Killer Damage can take down a champ in 10 seconds flat. (With full gear)
Can help any lane when in need.
    Fast Speed

Cons

    Very fragile.
    Weak Beginning Game.
    Erm Did I forget Fragile.

Items

Grab a first and always first. Why? This will make you less squishy in the long run.

Next either grab or items to make it. Generally if you have enough money grab Boots.

Next is this will help you (if the chance happens) with your damage due to Talon's Passive Mercy. After you get Phage grab items for or if you don't have enough .

Grabbing Sword of the Occult grants +8 Attack Damage for each assist, +16 if you get the last hit. This improves your basic attacks and Rake and Noxian Diplomacy. Also when you reach max you'll gain a speed bonus helping you help other lanes.

After you have completed Frozen Mallet and Sword of the Occult and your still not pushed into the enemy base grab items for Phantom Dancer. If all lanes are at the enemy base then grab Stinger this helps with your Attack Speed and Cooldowns of your abilities meaning you can Rake more every 9 mins if you go with my build and not an alt build.

Playing Style

Talon is a melee, assassin and should be played that way.

Imagine playing a rogue on WoW what are your options:

A.) Come from behind and stabby stabby.
B.) Straight forward attack.
C.) Stand there and do nothing.

Duh choice A.

Stabby Stabby.

At the start of the game start with Rake. It's great for farming minions and when maxed (by level 9) it instantly kills minions, or at least put them at a low enough health that one stab would kill them. If your doing mid push whoever out til they have low health, if playing PvP you might want to push more.

Your next skill should either be Noxian Diplomacy or Cutthroat depending on how well you are doing. If you have your enemy on low health grab Noxian Diplomacy because just one Rake and Noxian Diplomacy really hurts. If your getting hit by too many spells or are partnered grab Cutthroat helps your teammate and yourself.

Pretty much my playing style is push push push. Get whoever out of your lane either by doing so much damage to them or by killing them.
