The guide
Voli has insane ad scaling on w and q. they become absolute nukes at full build. Bully the early game, and make them cry. The mid game consist of ulting over walls to proc duskblade on the entire enemy team, and oneshotting squishies. You fall off hard late game, so end it quick.
