Champion Build Guide
If your reading this now you are trying to learn or improve at Olaf and if so I’m here to help. I have only been playing in Olaf in solo queue recently to find all the limits of one of League’s strongest duelists. In this guide I will tell you everything I have learned playing Olaf for over a year. I will teach the strongest paths, the best items to buy and tips and tricks to help improve and win on the berserker
Early game is where Olaf is debatably the strongest. There is nothing scarier than a 2/0 Olaf running into mid lane at Mach 5. However while Olaf is exceptional in the early game he does have some few key weaknesses such as him lacking a real form of crowd control and needing to not fall behind. In the early game you should be looking to get ahead in farm, sneak dragons and fight for scuttles.
Mid game:
Mid game is where most players agree Olaf is in his prime especially in the beginning of mid game. Olaf really is the star of the show at this time, as an Olaf you should often have a lead going into mid game but even if you don't you are still stronger than most champions at this stage. Olaf is very good at taking objectives and skirmishes keep yourself focused and looking for opportunities. In mid game you should be looking for objective control, getting vision and roaming with other lanes.
Late game:
Olaf does admittedly fall off late game however this doesn't render him useless. You are still very good at taking objectives and hit like a truck but you get blown up very easily. You play like a glass cannon supporting your team through objectives, with that being said Olaf should have an item advantage with the lead you built up early. Late game should be focused on securing objectives like Baron and Elder Dragon, frontlining in team fights and killing the enemy nexus.
