Wukong Passive Ability
Introduction
My rune setup is going for attack damage and armor penetration to maximize Wukong's damage output. In my opinion, I dislike going for the typical defensive runes like Greater Glyph of Magic Resist and Greater Seal of Armor simply because if you are a decent player who knows what he/she is doing, it is far better to go full offence and it is worth it. some people may find this dumb but your passive ability Stone Skin will make up for that, Warrior Trickster will prevent you from being harassed if used correctly. I take a full set of Greater Mark of Attack Damage to make my critical hits damage massive amounts if I get lucky, a bit like Gangplank's Parrrley ability. I take full sets of Greater Seal of Attack Speed and Greater Glyph of Attack Speed to boost my attack speed which also contributes to giving me maximized damage output. This is also really helpful when I have bought my Vampiric Sceptre and my other lifesteal items because the faster attack speed, the faster health regain. Finally my set of 3x Greater Quintessence of Desolation gives me some armor penetration which is always useful for melee DPS champions such as Wukong. The Quintessences do not matter much, so you can choose any type to fit your likings and playstyle. Personally I would get 1 health and 2 armor penetration.
For my Solo Top/Offtank, I instead take Greater mark of Desolation for some good armor penetration and then I take flat Attack Damage on my other runes.

I go mostly attack damage offence masteries which will give me more damage output and so on. I take 5 or 7 points in utility to reduce my Flash cooldown and my death time. I also take some extra movement speed. On the offence mastery page i make sure to boost all the physical damage masteries from
Brute Force
all the way up to
Executioner
.
TriForce Carry
Doran's Blade is a really good starting item because it gives me attack damage and health and helps me really much because Wukong is a very squishy champion early game. For my boots I take Berserkers Greaves to give me attack speed. The boots are however optional. Say if I have a high damage spellcaster or heavy CC in the opposing team I would choose Mercury's Treads instead to give me magic resist and tenacity. I then start building my Trinity Force by buying a Phage. This gives me some health and attack damage which helps you sustain longer in lane. After that I buy a Vampiric Sceptre (this is not a building part of Trinity Force) to give me some lifesteal which also contributes to me being able to stay in lane longer. The 16% lifesteal I have now gives me a good advantage in terms of suvivability. I then continue building Trinty Force and buy Zeal. When I have Trinity Force I start investing in major Damage items such as Bloodthirster, Phantom Dancer and Infinity Edge. Wukong will be literally unstoppable!
Solo Top/Carry Build
For my Solo Top/Offtank build I start with a Doran's Blade, generally because it's a good starting item like I mentioned earlier. I then go for my Mercury's Treads mostly for the tenacity (CC Reduction) but also for the magic resist. After that I rush my Phage which is the item that starts off your domination of the game. This item is usually achived quite quickly due to the relatively low price. I then go for the B.F. Sword for a major boost in damage. In between building my Infinity Edge, I build my Phage into a Frozen Mallet or if you have alot of gold at the time you may rush your Infinity Edge at once if you feel like it. After I finish building these items I go for some attack speed, crit and movement speed with Phantom Dancer and round out my damage with Bloodthirster. The two last items are completely situational and you may pick what suits the game the best. The items I chose to show in the build were Maw of Malmortius and Last Whisper, pretending I am playing against a balanced enemy team. This build should provide you with very high damage and survivability. Your survivability can be further incraesed with swaaping your Pahntom Dancer for a Warmog's Armour or Randuin's Omen.
(Passive)
Wukong's Armor and Magic Resistance are increased for each nearby enemy champion.
(Q)
Wukong's next attack, within 5 seconds, will deal additional physical damage and will reduce the enemy's armor by 30% for 3 seconds.
(W)
Wukong becomes stealthed for 1.5 seconds and leaves an uncontrollable decoy that doesn't attack or move from the place he activated it. The decoy will deal magic damage to nearby enemies after 1.5 seconds.
(E)
Wukong dashes on a cloud toward a target enemy and sends out images to attack up to 2 additional enemies near his target, dealing physical damage to each enemy struck. He also gains an attack speed bonus for 4 seconds after hitting a target with this skill.
(R) Ultimate
Wukong's staff grows outward and he spins it around for up to 4 seconds, dealing damage every second and knocking up enemies once per cast. Wukong gains 5% movement speed bonus every half second for the duration of the spell, with the bonus disappearing once he stops spinning. Wukong cannot attack or use other abilities while Cyclone is on, but he can deactivate it at any time.
I take a point in each of my abilities first, starting with Nimbus Strike. I then share Nimbus Strike with Crushing Blow and take a point in Cyclone whenever I can (lvl 6/11/16). Warrior Trickster I prioritize last.
Wukong is a good early game harasser and is exceptional at lvl 3. He can easily deal massive damage and be unscathed. Lead in with Nimbus Strike from a distance and activate Crushing Blow immediately. If the target tries to run, basic attack them as much as you can and if they are out of position you can go bananas on them. Your target may however retaliate, but just simply activate Warrior Trickster and you can walk away unharmed. Pressing 'S' makes your champion come to a halt, making it look like you used Warrior Trickster. This will easily fool you opponents and it's super fun to do. Try using Warrior Trickster near bushes to block the enemies line of sight which enables you to juke them easier or encounter them differently. Laning with Wukong is very effective if you lane with a teammate who has some sort of stun, snare or hard CC, such as Lux and Jarvan IV. Jarvan IV's and Wukong's ultimates are the meanest wombo combo ever if you cooperate because Cataclysm has a perfect diameter for Cyclone. Cyclone is a very good CC and can turn the tides of a fight the enemy team because of the Knock-up. Nimbus Strike is a great gap closer to chase down enemy champions and can also be used for escape purposes and juking. Crushing Blow is a great source of damage and gives Wukong alot of burst. It is also good for the armor debuff.
I use Flash and Ignite as summoner spells for Wukong. Flash enables me to escape fights if I get ganked or chased. I also use Flash to catch up to enemies that are running. Flash an also be used to pull of some nice dukes if you use your imagination. Ignite is really good for getting first blood, killing enemies with low health and last hitting enemies. Exhaust is a really good summoner spell for all melee AD champions and it's good for disabling the enemy teams carry in terms of damage or as a slow. Teleport is also a viable choice if you go solo top however I always opt for Exhaust enless my team really needs a teleport, always remember to preserve Teleport if you use it. Surge is another option as a summoner spell but I find the other mentioned spells very useful.
Farming is a crucial part for Wukong as he needs that experience and gold to snowball well. wukong is acyually an excellent farmer due to the 3-target burst on Nimbus Strike. Even as a bruiser/offtank you still have a fairly high base attack damage which is then increased with a Doran's Blade. This gives you a big ease when last hitting. As a solo laner it is important to NOT PUSH YOUR LANE as this leaves you very vaunrable to jungle ganks and even when running away from an opponen who has engaged, hence you have a long way to your Tower. You should try to keep the minions in the lane center or at your own Tower. When your lane is center-pushed your want to deal the last hit when a minion has about 15% Health or if you are sure your basic attack will deal the killing blow. Farmig is also made very easy due to his Crushing Blow which will deal additional damage on a basic attack which can be used if you are bad at predicting the lasthit Health of a wheelchair minion. Crushing Blow also resets your attck timer which gives you 2 rapid attacks to last hit that extra creep which would otherwize be lost.
Tower farming is also fairly simple with Wukong, Believe it nor not. With my setup ypu should start out with about 84 attack damage. This is very important because of the turrets damage on the specific minions. Caster minions are commonly at the back och a minion wave and are the least tough ones. A simpl technique i ususallu use is letting the Tower bring it down to about 1/3 of its Health which is done in one turret shot. To then last hit it you need exactly 82 attack damage to kill it with a basic attack making Wukong's setup perfect for this. Melee minions are the same but can withstand 2 turret shots Before they can be last hit. Lastly for the wheechair minions you should be able to predict when they can be lasthit with your Crushing Blow.
Also learn to anticipate when the last hit can be done when taking your own minion damage into account.

I would like to give Xiron some credit because his guide ''Wukong - U No Steal Bananas'' inspired me to play Wukong, so you should check that build out too.
