Not Updated For Current Season
This guide has not yet been updated for the current season. Please keep this in mind while reading. You can see the most recently updated guides on the browse guides page
Althought not a jungler, this champion is very mobile. However the main reason she is a large threat is because of her charm, she cant interrupt you while inside of one of your tunnels, completely canceling your tunnel.
Anivia
Although not mobile, this champions E ability is a wall, and if used correction can cancel your tunnel, also when inside of one of your tunnels, if spotted it is easy for her to land a stun onto you.
Cassiopeia
Her W ability makes it so that you can't dash or use any movement abilities, or items. If caught in this you can't use your tunnels, or the prowlers claw active ability.
Dr. Mundo
You can punish this champion early, however if you try to duel this champion after 1-2 items, Mundo will simply be to tanky for you to kill. You should look for early duels with this champion, and try to counter gank any play he might try to make.
Ekko
Extremely mobile champion, and deals a ton of damage. You can CC this champion and burst it down quick if you play with your time or get the jump on him. However Ekko has been one of the hardest matchups for me.
Evelynn
This champion is very strong, however once you gain the ability to use the fog of war to your advantage it is easy to spot where Evelynn may be lurking. Try to fight Evelynn early on before she cant scale.
Graves
Graves is a top contender for my ban every game, this champion's passive gives him addition armor which makes him tanky without items. His entire kit is all about kiting, and it can be extremely hard to actually get on this champion and deal with him.
Hecarim
This is a skill matchup, I think whichever champion is able to pull ahead is the one that will take over the game. You should look to counter gank this champion. If he is the one that engages, then he will have used all of his movement abilities to get in, therefore not being able to get away from you. Hecarim normally takes ghost, so he can't flash from you, and if he uses his R as an escape tool, then your R can follow him to finish him off.
Jax
Note that ganking this champion can be extremely hard. If you are aware of the cooldown on his E, you can easily gank him. However if he has his E up be aware that he can negate all of your auto attack damage and simply jump away.
Fiddlesticks
This is a skill matchup, Fiddlesticks is looking to play in the fog of war, which is where you rule king. If you can spot fiddlesticks on the side before he ults, you can assassinate him with ease. However if he uses his R, watchout.
Karthus
Fight this champion early, invade and make him regret picking this champion against you. Karthus will look to fully clear his jungle. If you can spot where he started it can be easy to take advantage of him in the jungle.
Kha'Zix
This champion has one of two build paths. If you are even in gold you can easily take him 1v1 in the jungle. However be aware that some people who play this champion like to sit in bushes and therefore won't be moving so you can't detect them. If you walk into him isolated without knowledge of him being there you could be in trouble.
Kayn
Build grevious wounds early if Kayn goes his red form. However if he goes his blue form, you should be able to deal with him. Try to find him on the side in the fog of war. Most Kayn players are using there E on cd to rapidly travel around the map, so you should be able to spot him.
Olaf
This champion is absouelty the biggest danger I have faced. His R completely negates CC, which means you can't knock him up. He goes massive amounts of true damage, and has a lot of self healing in his kit. Olaf has been my go to ban for most of the season.
Kindred
Kindred has the ability to kite you, however if you are able to get the jump on kindred, you can quickly assasinate the champion. If Kindred manages to get her R off while you are engaged with her. I utilize my R at the end of Kindred's therefore making the damage go off after the immunity if gone, killing her in most situations.
Master Yi
You can punish Master Yi early, look for early fights and counter ganks against this champion. You can quickly burst him down at all point in the game, however if he gets fed he can be hard to deal with.
Nautilus
Watchout for this champion if on the enemy team. Nautilus can quickly lock you down and allow his team to make quick work of you if you get caught. He can interrupt all of you tunnel movements.
Vladimir
If you can pay attention to if his W abilities is down, you can quickly make work of this champion. Or if you are able to get the jump onto Vladimir you can burst him down and when he pools, you can utilize your R to finish him off as he runs away
Sett
If you think you can kill this champion 1 on 1, you're wrong. I've been 4 items and lost a 1 on 1 duel to this champion. He hits hard.
Zac
I will find a vod of me doing this, but if Zac is looking to enagage, you can place yourself at the front of your team. If Zac jumps in, Reksai and use her W if burrowed and negate the jump in. Keeping your backline safe and allowing for you team to make quick work of Zac.
Galio
Galio has a lot of CC and is able to follow-up with you when you engage. If this champion is your mid laner, it can be really easy to set up early kills on the enemy mid.
Fizz
Fizz has a really mobile kit, and his R applies a giant slow before it goes off. If Fizz engages you can easily follow up.
Shen
A good top laner to gank for. There are very many unique way to gank the top lane utilizing you tunnel system. Shen's taunt allows for you to easily set up your knockup and burst. This champion allows for you to be extremely aggressive as well since he can follow you up from anywhere on the map.
Lissandra
This champion has ALOT of CC. Everytime you see that this champion's R is up, you need to be looking for a play with her.
Malzahar
Same with Lissandra, if Malzahar has his R ability up, you should be looking to make a play.
Nautilus
I absoluetly love having this champion in the bot lane on my team. His kit allows for him to CC and close so much space. If Nautilus is roaming on the map with you, the enemy team should be afraid.
Nidalee
Look, my boy Eshyn is a good top laner, however this champion has 0 synergy with Reksai. You're playing the weakside my friend.
Skarner
Look, if you think Skarner top is a troll, let me tell you, you're right. However in my time of playing league, there is one guy named Merthos who is really good at it. If Skarner has his ult up, you should be looking to make a play.
Leona
Another support I love having on my team. Alot of CC, and her passive allows for you to do additional damage.
Lulu
If the Lulu is good, this champion can allow you to do thing you couldn't imagine. Not only can she use her R and knock everyone up again after you engage. But early on in the game if she uses her speed on you, this can make for a much easier time chasing target down for the knockup.
Vladimir
Has 0 CC, and does absolutely nothing to help you gank. The champion is strong late game but it doesn't allow for many early game options.
Kassadin
Has 0 CC, and does absolutely nothing to help you gank. The champion is strong late game but it doesn't allow for many early game options.
Kayle
Has 0 CC, and does absolutely nothing to help you gank. The champion is strong late game but it doesn't allow for many early game options. There are some way after Kayle is 6, you can utilize her R to tower dive, but there isn't much to go off of.
Nami
Can engage from a far distance, can follow up after your knockup for additional CC. Nami can speed you up, and make your auto attacks slow and deal more damage. I love this champion.
Jhin
If you have a Jhin in the bot lane, there are some unique things you can do. Note that if an ally lands an ability onto an enemy Jhin can root them with his W from a long range. So therefore if you poke someone with you Q while burrowed, look for Jhin to land a root. It is just enough time to tunnel in and make a play.
Teemo
People play this champion? No offence Manco, you're a great guy. But jeez, Teemo in 2021?
Zilean
Can speed you up, save your life, AoE stun. What can't this champion do? Zilean is not played a lot so a lot of people don't understand what all this champion can do. But Zilean allows for you to pull of some ganks that you shouldn't normally be able to do.

This is my first attempt of a guide, so I am expecting some feedback on ways to improve getting my knowledge of this champion out there. I love this champion and I have been playing Reksai for many seasons. I never really took a lot of time to play league and climb through the ranks, but I have recently hit Masters playing almost exclusively Reksai.
I stream on twitch at https://www.twitch.tv/vna_connwaer?twitch5=0, I don't have any set schedule right now as I am working and going to school. I am willing to answer any questions about Reksai or jungling in general.
Jungling
First of all there are some things we need to talk about that aren't champion specific. Being able to jungle at a good level, you have to be able to understand the abilities of you allies, and the abilities of your enemies.
For instance, if I have a champion like Lissandra on my team in the mid lane, I know that once she hit's 6 and learns her R, I should be looking to make a play around this champion.
Alternatively, If I have a champion such as a Kassadin in the mid lane, that offers no CC and nothing to really help me make a play, I need to explore other options.
As a jungler you have to have a good sense of game knowledge and know what champions on your team you can play around. Which lanes are going to have the ability to roam and help you, or which champions are going to be sitting at there tower most of the game begging for you to babysit them.
Blue Smite Vs. Red Smite.
I always take Chilling for one simple reason. The way Chilling interacts with Rek'Sai, if you use Chilling on a target you are able to press you . However, if you take Challenging you still have to hit the enemy inorder to activate . There have been to many time where I am chasing an enemy down for the finish, and I just need to close a small gap. People often try to hold there Flash or mobility moves because they think that they are safe. So using Chilling allows for you to execute enemies.
Pros / Cons
Pros: I think Rek'Sai has a very unique kit and I enjoy playing the champion. Althought a lot of people play Rek'Sai as a tankier front line champion, Rek'Sai has a lot of burst damage and can take out a carry at almost any stage in the game. I play Rek'Sai on the outskirt of the team fight and look for way's to jump into a fight and single out the backline. However you can also play protect the president, and stay burrowed infront of your carries and stop people form diving onto your team.
Cons: If you get behind as Rek'Sai you tend to fall behind rather quickly. You don't farm as well as most junglers. You need to find early opportunities to create a lead for your team. Champions like Graves and Hecarim farm twice as fast as Rek'Sai therefore if you're not helping your team get a lead then you will fall behind.
Mythic Choice
Prowlers So I want to talk about Prowler's Claw a little bit, I think that this is almost always the best choice in every situation. This item allows for a guarentee gap close on an enemy carry, which I think is [reksai]'s main concern in a team fight. This pairs well this Sudden which gives you a burst of lethality.
