Aphelios is very weak at the beginning of the game, so you can kill him at this time. In the middle of the game he will be stronger, but you can kill him with your R, even if he use his flamethrower combo.
Ashe
She can poke you with her W, but it has a high cooldown. You can easily trade her with your auto-attacks, but be carefull with her slow. She can stun you with her R, but if you dodge it, she will be an easy target for you.
Caitlyn
She can poke you with her Q and with her auto-attacks, becouse of her attack range. Try to get close to her, then you can use your R and kill her.
Draven
You shouldn't try to trade him with auto-attacks, becouse of his Q. Try to avoid to fight with him in solo.
Ezreal
He can poke you every time with his Q, or Q + W combo and when you try to get close to him, he just jump away with his E, so it makes him to be a hard target for you. If he pressed his E, try to get close to him, then you can kill him with your R.
Jhin
He can trade you with his auto-attacks, especially with the fourth. If he's reloading you can get close to him easily with your Q and then he will be an easy target for you.
Jinx
She can poke you with her W, but it has a high cooldown. In early she is much weaker than you, so you can easily trade her with your auto-attacks. Try to get close to her, then you can use your R and kill her.
Kai'Sa
She can poke you with her W, but it has a high cooldown. In early you can try to trade with her, but wait for her Q to go out. In the late game, she can kill you with her upgraded Q and E, but if you play it good with your R invisibility, she can be an easy target for you.
Kalista
Below level 6, try to avoid trading with her, becouse with her E, she can easily kill you. After level 6 you can kill her with your R. Your only chance to kill her, if you attack her first.
Kog'Maw
He can poke you with his Q or E, but it's easy to dodge, and it makes a little damage. After level 6 he can poke you with his R, but you can easily dodge it. He can't really escape from you, especially with your passive, so he is an easy target for you during the early game. After the mid-late game he become a hypercarry, but you can kill him with your R.
Lucian
He can poke you with his Q, W or with his passive auto-attacks. You can try to trade with him, but do it carefully, becouse he can make a big damage becouse of his passive. Try to fight him after level 6, becouse of his E.
Miss Fortune
She can poke you with her Q or E, but her E makes a little damage. Try to avoid standing behind a low hp minion, becouse she can easily trade you with her Q then. Try to get close to her, then you can use your R and kill her.
Sivir
She can poke you with her Q or W. If you want to trade with her, you must dodge her Q. After level 6, try to get close to her and then you can kill her with your R.
Tristana
She can't poke you, but she can easily trade you with her E. If she stack her E, it will make a big damage. You can't really get close to her, becouse of her W, but if she used it and you have R you can kill her.
Twitch
He can poke you with hes W or E. If he max his E on you, it makes a big damage, but you can still trade him with your auto-attacks. In early he's weaker than you, so you can trade with him, In the late game, your only chance to kill him, if you use your R invisibility.
Varus
He can poke you with his Q, especially when he pressed his W or with his E. You can trade him easily, but then you must dodge his Q. After level 6, he can root you with his R, but if you dodge it, he will be an easy target to kill.
Xayah
She can poke you with her Q, especially when she pull back her feathers with her E. You should avoid trying to trade with her below level 6. After level 6 she will be strong, but if you makes her press her R you can kill her with your R. Try to avoid standing still when there are feathers behind you.
Alistar
(+)He can easily go in with his W + Q combo and he can stun with his E, so you can get an easy target. (+)He is very tanky, so he can tank the whole fight for you. (+)He can follow you, if you go to fight, especially if he start it.
