This build is well rounded using Blitz's massive Pros AP - Tank Blitzcranck.
Its a giant robot dealing Insanely and with a decent amount of surviability pretty much sells itself!
Tips~
Get the Blue buff when ever you can.
Blitz's Ult= Finishing Blow, use it.
If your team needs you to support buy Talisman of Ascension at the begining and
continue the build from there.
