Champion Build Guide
Introduction
I'm going to start by saying that this is such an underrated build path for Lucian.
Although by the funny name it may look like your trolling, this build works perfectly with Lucian. All the items and runes have been selected synergyze perfectly with Lucian's abilities.

Playstyle
As you'll be starting off with the Tear of the Goddess, you should look for early and quick trades with enemies while your still able to farm with your pasive. Try to abbuse laning phase with Press the Attack to deal lots of damage and look to crash waves into turrets so you have time to back and keep scaling.
Once you finish the Core Items you will be able to get easy kills, and after Muramana you can just spam abilities and not worry about running out of mana.
This build is also good with Lucian because, despite Lucian's The Culling update (which now scales with crit), you only lose one crit item, so is not that of a big deal as you still deal a lot of damage.
