Every enchanter is a fight for brand, be careful about not wasting your spells on their shields and don't always target 1 player. If an enchanter shows that they're going to shield the adc on your spellcasts then target the enchanter and vice versa.
Lux
Just dodge. This champion sucks to fight versus and a good one will just take relic shield and not let you play the game while sitting back and negating any damage you might do to her carry through her w and guardian.
Sona
Not as large a threat as lux, but still play towards either catching out her adc or her and then roaming to other lanes. This champion drains the life out of you and basically forces biscuit delivery.
Bard
Bard is annoying. Don't get caught out by tunnel + jg/mid ganks and don't let him out roam you. Bard is very tricky to fight so try and catch out his adc or jungler when he's gone.
Karma
Karma was nerfed in 10.16 and has seen a decrease in play but is still incredibly annoying to fight versus. Catch her out with a strong adc and she's dead, don't kill her adc in time and you're dead.
Nami
Nami is the reverse of brand, she throws everything on her adc and if you aren't good enough to avoid her q then you'll probably die. Otherwise catch her out in bot bush with a ward in their nearest bush while they back and then kill her when she goes into it.
Soraka
Soraka is a pretty even match for brand, if you can avoid her q then you're golden. If she's paired with a caitlyn, jhin, or karthus then don't go into trap points such as near the walls going towards your turret or in the alcove.
Rakan
Same as soraka but you have to be even more wary of walking into choke points with his w or r. Rakan twitch is a very scary duo and I recommend buying control wards and putting them in your nearest bush in bot lane and then having a sweeper for early ward clearing.
Yuumi
Yuumi is a skill matchup, you have to hit your w enough that she's forced to waste her mana. Don't allow her to get passive proc's off or when she does e q or q then e before q hits to stun her and then w for a free kill or free summoner spells.
Zyra
Don't get hit, hit her back. Her level 6 benefits you if you can R onto her plants.
Xerath
Take biscuits, take mr shard, go for early ruby crystal boots if you can and don't let him get free w q's onto you. He is as immobile as you so if he e's or w's and is over extended you can flash over his E/W and then e q w him or r q w e him.
Zilean
Kill him before 6, if you aren't certain of your adc playing well enough to have them under tower and getting kills then dodge. You need to have a giant lead over zilean, otherwise you'll lose bot fights over his R just being super clutch versus brand's timed damage.
Braum
Braum is very good for brand, don't let him catch you out and then bully him jumping onto his adc or shielding by using your w e and then q. Standard e q w combo also applies here if his shield isn't up or you catch out his adc. Braum and thresh can both be advantageous for a late R if you R as he jumps to his ally.
Thresh
Early sweeper is a must if you plan to sit in bot side bushes, Thresh is very weak to brands combo and his lantern is free R proc's for you.
Alistar
Bully the cow, sit in CLEARED bushes (bring a sweeper or control ward) and then e q w as he comes to lane or w q e if he's near his adc. You can do upwards of 60-80% of his hp in 1 combo depending on his build.
Blitzcrank
Blitzcrank is a reverse of brand, his q is his catch like yours is you and it's usage is limited by minions in between. Don't target blitz unless he's free as his passive means you're just better off targeting the adc.
Gragas
Same things as Thresh, make sure the alcove is clear of their wards/the gragas and make sure you have vision of the gragas or have a ward in the middle bottom bush outside the alcove so he can't e flash from that bush into you and your adc for easy kills.
Leona
Leona is an all in champion, she will catch you out and stun you, Target her adc and hope to god she doesn't kill you before you kill her adc. Aery is a viable keystone into leona as she has no way of escaping.
Nautilus
You should destroy nautilus in lane after his 10.16 nerfs. His w is about half your w's damage as a shield. Sit behind minions and enjoy the free gold procs and kills. If a nautilus can't see you in a bush and you're caught out, it's probably better to just keep running if he has q'd for you to step back before and step back if he's q'd for you to keep running before. Hook players expect you to not change your movement patterns.
Pantheon
Pantheon support players are usually duo, or they're in masters+. Either way, either dodge or be prepared to get w'd on and almost die levels 1-5. To counter this, get an early ward into your nearside bot bush if you're being pushed in and then stay across from where pantheon is positioning. Otherwise, put your ward where you think he will be if the bot wave is pushing back to your side (either enemy bush nearest to their tower or the mid alcove bush.
Pyke
Don't poke pyke, catch pyke out when he goes to catch you out. Early sweepers are good versus him if you are in the minion wave and have flash, otherwise have a control ward in your nearby bush or mid bush and target his adc.
Senna
Senna is a weird matchup, if you are hitting her well then you'll get an easy lane but if she's avoiding damage she'll be as annoying as a lulu or sona.
Taric
Avoid his flash e and kill him before he gets level 6 if you're able to at that time, otherwise this lane is very easy.
Dr. Mundo
dodge
Galio
A bit of a threat but hasn't seen much play. Avoid his e w and he'll do nothing. Stopping him is vital to save your adc so if you have an active blaze proc then q him before he can e in.
Sett
Same thing as galio, but he does more damage and takes less damage so if you can put everything into his adc, and stop him from all inning you.
Jhin
Jhin and brand are best buddies, his w is great with your entire kit and his R is great for following your R bounces.
Ashe
Also strong with brand, its free spell hits.
Caitlyn
A good caitlyn brand botlane duo is an insane amount of damage. If you can catch someone out with just w q level 2 then you can do upwards of 400 damage if caitlyn get's q + auto off in time. OR a kill if caitlyn can trap + q + empowered auto in time.
Draven
Very good lane but can be outranged. Draven is a very good adc to go rylai's first on brand with because it gives both you and him more time to get damage in.
Ezreal
Very weak duo for brand on paper, ezreal depends on how good the player is. A lot of ezreal's will play passive even if you're hitting full combo in lane. A good ezreal will dive with you and produce many kills. If your ezreal is playing passively then try and deep roam into enemy jungle and ward.
Kai'Sa
Kai'sa is about the same as draven for strength, but requires more time to come online.
Cassiopeia
Cass + Brand is a good botlane that deals massive damage and doesn't let the enemy escape.
Karthus
Very strong bot lane but neither has point and click cc, so it depends on you to start a good engage or the enemy to make a bonehead move.
Jinx
About the same treatment as ezreal. Her passive makes her god tier with brand when it's active as you can chase for ages and catch out people with her faster movement speed and w. Without her passive procs she's pretty much ezreal without the q poke but can still turn on a dime as fast as ezreal to being really good.
Syndra
Same thing as cass, she has insane damage and cc, you have insane damage and cc. Only problem with this lane is that enemies can take double mr so its better if you have a vayne/lucian top to make them think its not double ap botlane.
Kog'Maw
These two champions don't really work together for any advantages.
Miss Fortune
Catch with her e and you're doing good. Each portion of this botlane can play off of each other.
Senna
Glacial senna is strong with brand for poking and catch. Grasp is maybe a bit worse but both are good. Senna's compatibility with brand changes as you see if she can hit her e or if you can hit your combo.
Aphelios
Gravitum is bae.
Twitch
More burst than kog'maw but still not a lot of benefits for brand other than his w slow.
Xayah
Xayah is ok with brand but currently she is very weak. Xayah can catch people out by herself and leads to high damage burst.
Tristana
Strong to ideal duo, you have VERY high all in damage level 3 and your r's combo strongly together. Recommend comms with a tristana so you know if they're going in. Otherwise have quick reaction times.
