This is a very simple theory that has worked out extraordinarily well for me. This build is based on the eve concept of a speed tank the faster you move the harder you are to hit. Turns out it applies to league can't kill what you can't catch.

The point behind this build is simply to avoid contributing to deaths. Your power comes from your speed and versatility. After building speed items you may build almost any active items regardless of stats that may assist your team in combat.

Even without much damage potential there is a lot you are capable of. Your main goals are simple. Exploit base game concepts such as vision, objective participation, and exert control over team fights with cc and items.

She has three flashes (R), 700 base movement, can't be stunned or slowed (Cleanse), If you don't kill her she heals very quickly (Warmog), Has control over engages and disengages (Charm, Twin shadows, Shurelya's Reverie), Can walk right through a massive minion wave and give you a kiss (Ghost), Can jump over walls (R), oh and good luck out running me rammus. Yeah that sounds completely fair and balanced.
