Why this build is broken?
-Good combo of Q+Nullifying Orb(rune)+Seraph's Embrace(item) for shielding
-+10 bonus MS bcs of Magical Footwear(rune)
-Seraph's Embrace(Item) increases mana and AP and refunds your mana every time you use abilites
-Large CDR
-Phase Rush(rune keystone) grants you bonus MS and 75% of slow resistance
-Absolute Focus(rune) increases your AP when you have 70% or more HP, and Gathering Storm(rune) gives you increased AP every 10 minutes
