Cassiopeia and Twitch as a duo have perhaps the highest possible level 1 dps in the game. Expect first blood.

Farming

You may be the 'support', but you're also the carry. Take a share of Twitch's CS early on to rush valuable itmes to keep the snowball rolling. The wave can be pushed extremely hard without using any mana by simply last hitting minions which Twitch has poisoned with autos.
