I am previous Rank #1 Kha Zix EUW in season 8 for multiple months I was rank #1 and I hope to get the title as Rank #1 Kha Zix EUW back in season 9 again, here is my Kha Zix guide

Camille is an elite operative who works to maintain order for Piltover's established powers. It was her dedication to duty that led the Steel Shadow to transfigure her body into a hextech-powered death machine. When Camille's tracking a target, she's calm, relentless, and terribly precise.

Adaptive Defenses STATIC COOLDOWN: 16 / 13 / 10
Adaptive Defenses
INNATE: Camille's next basic attack against enemy champions is periodically enhanced to Hybrid resistances icon shield her for 20% maximum health for 2 seconds from either exclusively Attack damage physical damage or Ability power magic damage, based on which type would mitigate the most damage from her target.


Precision Protocol COST: 25 MANA COOLDOWN: 9 / 8.25 / 7.5 / 6.75 / 6
Precision Protocol
ACTIVE: Camille's next basic attack has 175 range, deals bonus physical damage and grants Movement speed icon bonus movement speed for 1 second.

BONUS PHYSICAL DAMAGE:
20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% AD
BONUS MOVEMENT SPEED:
20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40%
Precision Protocol can then be Precision Protocol 2 recast within the next 3.5 seconds at no extra cost.

Precision Protocol 3
If recast at least 1.5 seconds after the first attack, Precision Protocol's damage is doubled and 40% − 100% (based on level) of the total damage is dealt as Hybrid penetration icon true damage.

INCREASED MIXED DAMAGE:
40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80% AD
Both casts of Precision Protocol reset Camille's autoattack timer.

ACTIVE: After a brief delay, Camille sweeps her leg to deal physical damage to all enemies in a cone in front of her.

PHYSICAL DAMAGE:»
70 / 100 / 130 / 160 / 190 (+ 60% bonus AD)
Enemies hit by the outer half of the cone take bonus physical damage and are Slow icon slowed by 80% that decays over 2 seconds, capped at 300 damage against monsters. Camille is Heal power healed for the bonus damage dealt against enemy champions.

OUTER CONE BONUS DAMAGE:»
6 / 6.5 / 7 / 7.5 / 8% (+ 3.3% per 100 bonus AD) of target's maximum health
Non-epic monsters take 50% damage from Tactical Sweep.

FIRST CAST - HOOKSHOT: Camille fires a grapple in the target direction. If the grapple collides with terrain, Camille will Dash dash toward and bind to the terrain for 0.75 seconds. While bound to the terrain, she gains the ability to cast Wall Dive Wall Dive.

Wall Dive
SECOND CAST - WALL DIVE: Camille Dash dashes in the target direction, stopping at the first enemy hit, Stun icon stunning them for 0.75 seconds. At maximum range or enemy collision, Camille deals physical damage to nearby enemies.

PHYSICAL DAMAGE:
60 / 95 / 130 / 165 / 200 (+ 75% bonus AD)
The range is doubled towards enemy champions. If she collides with an enemy champion, she is also granted bonus attack speed for 5 seconds.

BONUS ATTACK SPEED:
40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80%


The Hextech Ultimatum TARGET RANGE: 475 COST: 100 MANA COOLDOWN: 140 / 115 / 90
The Hextech Ultimatum
ACTIVE: Camille becomes Playful untargetable and leaps toward the target enemy champion.

When she lands, she creates a locked, hexagonal zone around the target for a duration, Silence icon interrupting them and Airborne icon knocking away all other nearby enemies on impact.

ZONE DURATION:
2.5 / 3.25 / 4
The target can move freely inside the zone, but cannot escape it through any means. While within the zone, Camille's basic attacks deal bonus magic damage.

BONUS MAGIC DAMAGE:
5 / 10 / 15 (+ 4 / 6 / 8% of target's current health)
The Hextech Ultimatum ends automatically within 1 second if Camille leaves the area or dies.

PLAYING AS CAMILLE
Camille is a highly-mobile fighter who's very good at pursuing and slaying single targets. When she seeks a fight, she always gets it—and she's often the better performer in a one-on-one dance.


Those who play as Camille must share the Steel Shadow's appreciation for precision. Each of her skills must be carefully placed and paced for maximum effect. If you play her properly, you'll slice into the enemy backline, dice your target, and grapple your way out of the fray.

STRENGTHS
Camille's mobility and dueling prowess make her ideal for a solo lane. With items like Ravenous Hydra, she's great at split-pushing, especially since Precision Protocol grants her two auto-attack resets to use on towers. She can Hookshot around the map, applying pressure and slinging effortlessly away when enemies try to stop her.


Although she has to be careful when maneuvering around teamfights, Tactical Sweep and Hextech Ultimatum allow her to set up kills for bursty allies who want to drop huge spells (like Veigar's Primordial Burst or Xerath's Rite of the Arcane) into Hextech Ultimatum's arena. Camille can simply Hookshot in, Sweep her opponent off their feet, then deliver a very painful tango lesson while her team moves in to drop the curtain.

WEAKNESSES
Like other champs that demand razor-sharp ability executions, Camille is noticeably less effective in the hands of an unpracticed player. Aside from her basic mechanical demands, most teamfights require you to be particularly creative with your approach—you've got to Hookshot in at the right moment (when enemy CC is down), preferably from an unexpected angle. The Steel Shadow isn't very effective as an initiator, unless she's using her ult to hold down a lone target while her team catches up.


Since Camille's shield is specifically based off of her opponent's damage type, it's far less effective in teamfights than it might otherwise be in a one-on-one duel. Locking down that exposed AD carry likely won't be enough when a fed Syndra comes storming in. AOE champs in general are tough for the Steel Shadow: she'll want to slip past enemy abilities entirely, not muscle through a wall of explosions.

Attack speed decreased.

Camille's ability to dodge vision and gank from unusual angles has led to dominance in the jungle. Rather than cut down on her unique strength as a jungler, we're hitting her camp clearing to slow her down a bit in the early game.
