Jax sounds like a good counter at first, but in reality he does not have the damage to burst you through your entire healthbar. He has a strong lvl 1 and lvl 2, but you are able to kite out his E by slowing him and speeding yourself up. You outscale him extremly hard and the key to winning this lane is basically just do not die early on. If he uses his Q to commit on you your pta+attackspeed boots will make you win every all in.
A hard lane opponent, but you can easily avoid him. His early game power makes him a threat for early levels, to win against him you need to force him to use his E twice and simply auto him after to death. Never let him use his E on you, get his combo off and E away.
Matchup is all about your own movement, you need to dodge his Q's or you will have a hard lane. His passive makes you vulnerable for dives, so care about your own wave lvl 3+
Never has kill potential on you if you properly dodge his abilities Q/E. When he ults you your Q+W help you to just run the duration out.
Can give you a hard time if he freezes the Lane and forces you to walk up. Starting boots+4pots against him will help you a lot if you have problems.
Is extremly tanky and will with a good jungler dive you over and over. after 6. Be aware of your own HP and track the enemy jungle.
Can make your life hell if he freezes and zones you off xp. You can take trades early on to make him push the wave to have a better earlygame, care for his E. After 6 its easy.
Champion Build Guide
Hey! I have gotten to Challenger multiple times using this build on the EUNE Server, getting to Masters with a Highwinrate on EUW aswell.
This is the most usefull build for myself for SoloQ, giving me great snowball potential.
I focus a lot on solokilling and pressuring even in the earlygame (lvl6+), because in SoloQ you can not always rely on your team to hold the Game early on so I decide to use this build to have a better earlygame myself, especially in the current meta.
The Rune PTA gives a lot of damage in the early game, together with attackspeedboots you have a lot of damage to pressure the enemy opponent. Once you have gunblade you can almost 100-0 people with your burst.
Phaserush into matchups with slows/engage like Fiora/Nasus have only ever kill pressure on you when they get on you, using Phaserush helps you kite out their stuff and give them 0% Kill pressure on you in a 1v1 situation.
This rune will help you survive burst or win fights, since you are not doing many solokills on kayle you shouldnt be going for Triumph, this rune helps you in fights to survive abilities like Darius Ult better, giving you that little bit of "extra hp".
Always kill the first three Melees in the first wave with your Q. It does work if you practice it enough.
Most laning phases will be the same. You should always let the opponent push you in, lasthit CS with your Q, always look to hit the enemy + the cs you want to hit to refund mana.
Pre6 you are not a Champion, your damage is not high enough yet to fight most matchups.
Stuff changes once you get to your Items, first the Attackspeedboots.
On Kayle its really important to use your range properly when you start fighting at level 6. Know the Opponents range and when you can get free damage off.
You need to use ur range perfectly and use your Q to harass the enemy, always look to get your pta off on the enemy for quick poke. With your E as a autoreset you get it off quickly.
Once youre out of laningphase you really want to get all the gold into yourself, look out to take jungle camps and try to not miss any cs for no reason, perfect the amount of gold you can funnel into yourself. You should be mainly splitpushing since you should be stronger than your opponent, look for TP-Plays if neccessary, try to get your team ahead by fighting together with them. You can join fights for drakes and group up, once theres no objective you should be back to funneling gold into yourself to get your items quick.
In the Lategame you should be grouping together with your team, even if theyre super behind you can easily 1v5 an entire team with your huge lead. Use your team as a meatshield if needed and just look out to burst the carry. With the deathcap your ult damage should be high too, adding burst to ur combo.
--> Look to group, burst the carry and be a threat to them, zone the carry out of the range to deal damage, or just kill the opponents front to back, situational on each game.
This item adds a lot of damage onto ur combo. You should always look to burst people with this item, autoing once gives you alread the opportunity to do a "auto-auto-q-auto-gunblade-E" combo, that does almost 40% of the enemys HP into squishy matchups.
Good spike, 20%cdr, Attackspeed + AP, anything you could want on Kayle.
A lot of damage that helps you oneshot people and farm extremly fast, high burst on ult, Q, gunblade and ur entire damage/heal in general.
I rarely ever go this Item, Kayle brings a lot of damage already and you shouldnt have problems dealing with tanks. If you do, focus on killing the squishy targets with your burst and not the tanks. Would only ever replace this item with Lichbane if you are vs a full magicresist team.
