Well, here is a (not so common) build for eve, yet a very effective one, using the new item, Blackfire Torch.
Starting ur build with [kage's lucky pick]] (and Boots in dominion) give you ability power and more income to build other items faster, and it is needed for the main ingredient anyway, after that you are free to make any changes, may use Sorcerer's Shoes for extra mpen, get Quicksilver Sash esp against a malzahar or warwick, get Void Staff if the enemy build high ressistance, get high armor like Frozen Heart and Thornmail against heavy ad carry, or higher ressist like Odyn's Veil/ Banshee's Veil against heavy ap carry. Get more mpen with items like Abyssal Mask ( Void Staff against Galio/ Amumu or other tanks that may use force of nature, but here i repeat myself).
Sometimes building Morello's Evil Tome, Wicked Hatchet or Executioner's Calling have their advantages, when you fight guys with high regen like mundo and volibear or high life steal/spell vamp like Master Yi, Tryndamere or Nasus.
