When in lane use your q to dodge skill shots. Your q can help easily secure arm for a minion or buff. When engaging use your q first q and auto your way to victory while using q when its off cool down.

You are very squishy and can be killed easily so stay passive unless you have an aggressive support with cc to keep them off you. You are not going to want to go straight for kills until you hit level 3 to get your W,L, and q combo up. The best supports for Vayne are Thresh, Leona, Nami, And Annie all who have heavy cc.

You do not do much damage yet so stay with you support or team to get safe kills. In mid game 15-25 mins no one has really high damage yet but if you are cc'd you are most likely gone because you are squishy.

You should he your top damage items and crit items so you can kill their carries with a few auto attacks with your W passive. When ever you get a chance to condem someone into a wall go to town on them and ult and q around to go invisible and they wont even know where you'll be next.
