Okay Blitz is braindead but... its blitz Jungle so you don't have an ADC to protect you, so your hook is the ADC. This build takes a little skill for early game.

Late game you are godly
The enemy team thinks you are bad early game but then you can come out of the closet... wait what, you can 1 v 5 them yeah that's what I was going to say
You can kill secure if you good at this amazing game
Cons...
Your early game is ah interesting, just farm and don't die and its a free mastery 7
People also are a problem because sometimes they are ah toxic so just be ready to mute
