Why build crits on Aatrox you might ask. Well one day I was playing Master Yi and was like, I get nuked until I get any type of sustain item. What if Master Yi had built in sustain and Attack speed?

That's when I remembered a little champ called Aatrox. So I built him like Yi, and haven't gone back since.

Here I will explain why these Items work SOOO well on Aatrox.

Rangers Trailblazer (Devourer)
-Attack Speed (YES PLEASE)
-Bonus Magic Damage on Hit (Stacks With W (Blood Price))

Static Shiv
-Crit Chance
-AOE auto attacks (faster clears, more first attack dmg to nuke down squishies, and stacks with W (Blood Price))
-Attack Speed (OOOO BABY GIMME THAT)

Infinity Edge
-All that extra AD to put that crit chance to work
-25% Crit chance!
-Beautiful Passive. Just makes me cri ever tim

BoRK
-Life steal on top of your own lifesteal
-Attack Speed (WITH THIS AND FULL PASSIVE, YOU HAVE CLOSE TO 2.5 ATTACK SPEED)
-Even MOAR Damage
-An active that can turn the tides of any fight

Spirit Visage
-20% extra HEALS on your Passive, W, and the lifesteal from BoRK
-Magic Resist because now the only thing that can stop you is a burst mage (Screw LeBlanc)

Berserkers Greaves (Homeguard)
-That Movespeed tho
-You should be at 2.5 attack speed with a full Passive Bar!

Step By Step Fasion

Step 1
Farm that jungle like a mofo and stack that Rangers Trailblazer as much as you can

Step 2
Gank only when you know that your team will follow up, and only gank when you have passive

Step 3
When You get shiv, it is time for some dragons, farm that shiz and get back in that jungle

Step 4
Keep that farming up, and only gank if your lanes that are babies need a little help from Papa Aatrox (rito skin pls)

Step 5
When you get IE, jump on those squishies with Q, if they try to orbwalk outta your flurry of damage, pop that ult and get that auto attack range to say a nice go to hell to all those kalista's, lucians, graves, and ezreals.

Step 7
Notice that there is no step 6

Step 8
Split push like you're an udyr on steroids, cuz, you are an udyr on steroids

Step 9
Remember that you can easy get squishies, and have awesome teamfights, so get back to that team and show them how many drugs you took in the jungle

Step 10
Win Games

Maybe. But you cant complain when you have a game like this with the same core items

The crits stack on both stances of Aatrox's W, so with a crit you are doing upwards of 800 damage every auto attack. Not to mention the extra damage from the rangers trailblazer, people will not be able to build against you.
