Items (Offtank)

When you don't want to buy an Infinity Edge, you can also buy an Atma's Impaler.
A Guardian Angle is good too, but when the enemys are have to much armor you can buy also a
Last Whisper

Items (Fulltank)

When you don't want do buy a Sunfire Cape, you can also buy a second Warmog's Armor.
And when you die too much you have to buy a Guardian Angle.

Tactic

You wait in a bush and then you take the enemys with Apprehend and burst them down with your Decimate and your Cripling Strike. When they get 2 balkons of live and 5 bloodpassives you can use your Ultimate and scream Noxian Guiolltine. :)
Or you wait in a bush for the low-life enemy, they run into the bush and then (again)
NOXIAN GUIOLLTINE !!!!!!! xD

Team Work

You run into the enemys first, then your adc or so burst them down and then you come with your Noxian Killstealer Hand and kill them with you Ultimate :P.(NOXIAN GUILLOTINE!!!) xD
