Most important thing you have to remember when you are playing xin is that you are an early game dominant jungler. Try to gank and invade as much as you can in the early is the key for winning because after 25 mins you come pretty useless. Also, you are a very good level two ganker. With Xin you always want to start red buff to be very strong at level two. You have to analize every single jungle matchup. For example if the enemy jungler is a Shyvana you know that probably she is gonna do a ful clear. Starting red buff allows you to gank at level two (don't do it if the enemy has some heavy cc and/or if your laner doesn't have that early game power or if he doesn't have cc) then invade her at her opposite side of the jungle from where she started., kill her and steal all her jungle. This is just an example of analyzing matchups. Don't gank at level two if you aren't sure to get a flash or a kill because you will waste your time. With Xin if you have enough mana and you have priority you can easy solo dragon at level 4. If you can't gank at level 2 an other very efficient jungle path is buff>buff>gromp. Remember to always gank when you can and watch the mini-map for buff spawning timers in the enemy jungle so you can steal them. Learnt this few things Xin is a very easy champ, I recommend him at every low elo beginner jungler for who likes to play very aggressive and snowball the game before it goes after 30 mins.
