Introduction
Press the attack Provides a lot of early game damage with the 4th attack. However, does fall off late game when the Conqueror rune becomes better.
Conqueror Doesn't provide as much early game burst that Press the attack does, however, will help late game when you begin to fall off due to lack of utility.

One difficult thing is Draven does require a solid support as it can make or break him due to low range and his aggressive playstyle. So find yourself a duo who can play an aggressive champion as well to help support. I'm not talking about playing a champion such as Brand or Xerath who can deal damage as Draven has amazing early game damage and can 1v1 any ADC if done correctly. Supports that seem to help Draven the most is anyone who can peel but also has good engage to work with him. As with any of these supports try to position yourself in the path they would run for easiest escape. For example, if you are under your tower but are ahead or even with the enemy and an engage happens to start moving with them, Its a lot easier to run alongside them then attempt to chase.
Blitzcrank - His Q will help spoon feed you kills early if you engage when he grabs and follow his knock up with your stand aside.
Thresh - Thresh works amazingly with Draven as his lantern can help bring you when he goes into an engage allow you to get in range asap and start to get as much damage as possible.
Nautalis - My personal preference for a support is Naut, This is in low Elo of course higher elo he starts to get boxed out.
Leona - Leona is also a great pick however unlike Blitz/thresh/naut it makes it harder for you to instantly get damage started if she lands a pull and you are out of range. So you need to pay attention to her grab If you see it is going to land start running at them right away so you can be there as soon as possible.
Really any support that has hard CC is great with Draven but if you aren't able to make use of the CC they land it won't matter.
Supports like malphite who only have 1 form of CC/engage is a bit harder to deal with as your largest damage gap is going to be the early game (mid if you are fed) so having more then one type of CC or peel is often better.
