On lane it is easy to poke and deal dmg with Q + E combo and after Level 3 preparing W passive gives your poke a nice boost. Usually full combo of Q + E and empowered basic are enough to make enemy adc or support low so that you can kill them with your ADC afterwards if they dont back alternatively if they heal you can just repeatedly poke them. If you cant land abilities you can just poke with empowered basics.
