Jax
Jax, ah Jax. His Q and E combo counters you if you try to spin away, his E blocks your auto attacks. Damage is high, good duelist. Not much you can do to Jax throughout the course of the game unless you can take him out early.
Tahm Kench
UNBENCH THE KENCH! I'm just kidding, Kench is just here for a placeholder. Tryndamere works well with champions who can do full team crowd control, he's an excellent followup but should not be primary engage; that is unless you can pick out a squishy and still stay alive.

Champion Build Guide
Here's the thing, Bronze players aren't good at the game, that's why they're bronze. No matter what they say "oh it was my team" or "lag", they're still bronze aren't they? Well my Bronze aspiring Tryndamere mains, the trick to getting out of bronze is to play the split push game. People in bronze don't look at the mini map like they should, so split pushing can be so easy. But wait...
What is split pushing?
Split pushing is where you abandon your team to a 4v5 while you destroy their towers and base, simple as that. The enemy thinking they have the advantage now has the disadvantage of having a lane pushing constantly with super minions!
But Shinumo, how do you REALLY get out of bronze?
Despite what all of the pros say, "do this more, do that less", what it comes down to is practice. Play league a lot, and you'll get better. There's nothing that can help you if you're just flat bad at league, the exception being reading my glorious guide! .
