This is Ban Worthy. Any hard engage champion is an extreme threat to you, and Nautilus is the scariest. The only way is to play as passive as possible and respect his existence by moving back.
Pyke
Another Case like Nautilus. Respect his existence and try your best to keep the lane untouched. Build an Stopwatch and even Zhonya's and go to midgame to win the game.
Blitzcrank
Ban Worthy. I cannot tell you how I Ban Worthy, but more personal to me. Hate this champion, not because I'm a enchanter(ish) main, but because of his Coinflip Playstyle: Get Hooked and Die OR not. Be super defensive and hope to got you have happy feet that match.
Thresh
Hook Champion. Also if he's good he'll bring his ADC with him to murder you. So play safe.
Zyra
She's a very kill potential champion, and a singular Root from her can murder you. Don't try to kill her and maybe rush Mikael's Blessing for Magic Resist and a Cleanse for your Laner.
Lux
Consider her as Zyra's Long Lost Demacian Sister (Zyra's Demacian but you get it). Dodge Root or she will waste every ability on you.
Leona
Non Hook Engage Champ. Bully and Control her back to tower at level 1 to make her level 2 as late as possible, then after level 2 just Respect her existence until you have your own CC.
Alistar
He's the male Leona. Read Leona's Notes and remember to keep a finger trigger on R to stop his W-Q engage.
Swain
If he roots and pulls you you're dead. Be ready to level E second if u need to and wait for level 6. Also he's tanky so keep that in mind.
Pantheon
Pantheon will burst you out, with his point and click CC, his damage reduction E and his Q which has execute properties. Ward Bushes and expect him to out Roam you, but you'll outscale.
Brand
Brand does alot of damage and even more and level 6. You can heal the damage, but it will be alot to heal, and of courser happy feet his Stun.
Galio
Galio can block your Burst Note with his Anti Magic Shield. If you get hit by his Taunt you'll most likely die, so keep a distance. Try to abuse him level 1 if he doesn't go W (shown by his Shield).
Janna
Early Depends on the Janna's skill, because she'll either be very good at poking you or she'll just annoy you with Knockups. You'll win lategame so keep that option in mind.
Senna
She not that bad to fight, but she has good range and CC while having some heals. Due mind her possibility to buy Executioner's Calling early.
Nami
Nami outpokes and outheals you in laning phase, and Cut Down doesn't work due to her level 1 health (475) to yours (480) and her health growth per level (74) to yours (77). Of course she scales less than you so yeah SCALE :D.
Sett
Ward Bushes. Sett loves to engage from bushes when you extend so keep that in mind, after 6 you can just R to destroy his Engage. He will not try to R you, but he for sure wants you to get hit by the impact. Buy Zhonya's if you need.
Yuumi
This "creature" can heal lots, but not when you start giving free Anti Heal for your teammates. She'll try to hit you for mana but your Burst Note can show that kitten who's the better enchanter.
Soraka
Tell your ADC to rush Executioner's Calling and focus her first, as she can do much except Slow or Silence you, but you can bait them off with fake engaging. But of course respect it if she does have Silence up.
Karma
Karma can do good poke early and challenge your speed early. But in the end you outscale.
Lulu
She's not scary except for her early poke, however if you see a Lulu you might get an enemy Hyper Scaler so good luck.
Morgana
She can try to Black Shield your R, but your Q exist to break it. The only thing you need to be careful and respect is her long Root, which she might play with bushes to get it more effectively.
Rakan
You shouldn't care about him much, however don't be too agressive or he'll Knock you up and Charm you for a easy kill.
Braum
Braum wont do much except protecc, but you have to respect his slow and passive + the dash he has. Otherwise you can just break his shield and R afterwards.
Bard
I personally think Bard isn't a problem, just watch out for his stun and spam ping when he leaves because like moving around the Rift.
Zilean
Don't Get Bombed. Yeah what can I say more, get Mikael's Blessing or something.
Taric
You will not die unless you get stunned, but he's hard to kill especially after 6. So yeah boring lane.
Kog'Maw
Kog'Maw is a hyper carry, and he's been known for pairing with enchanters. Survive laning and reach level 11 for the scariest scaling duo ever. Don't try to get big advantages early, in the end you two always shine once laning is over and your power spikes start to form.
Vayne
Another Hyper Carry to the mix. Get her some items and a couple of levels and she'll wipe the Summoner's Rift. She's a worthy Ardent Censer buy, even if she's the only AD (won't happen probably).
Ashe
Ashe and you form the perfect utility: Pair ultimate and keep up the chase with your Movement Speed and Slow Note and her own Slow.
Jinx
The Hypercarry Scenario. Yes early will be rough, but once you get some levels and items, Jinx will unleash her Chaotic Damage. And you.. well keep her alive.
Cassiopeia
Cassiopeia is already one of those champions who are amazing at zoning and can make win 2v1 Scenario's. Now having you give her constant heals, shields and movement speed. Get your R to hit hers or vice-versa.
Miss Fortune
One Miss Fortune Slow and one Sona MS and two R are used and two people go back on the fountain, It's that easy :p
Draven
Get Lich Bane Early and your lane will be very bursty. Use Ignite for confirming kill or exhaust so it's harder for them to escape. In the end Draven will always get a kill or a panic flash heal combo for the enemy.
Seraphine
Oh looks, it's Son- I mean Seraphine. This is the Double Moonstone Combo, with amazing heals and a fair kill potential. Scale it out and it will be hard to kill you two in teamfights.
Ezreal
Weak Early until Ezreal and you get 6 and he buys an item. Also a very safe champion so leaving him in lane for a quick trip tp midlane isn't a dumb option, just give him the proper vision while u float through the river.
Varus
(Coming from a friend FYI, never had this as an ADC :p) I hate having Sh*t Champs like Sona as Supp. Ok now that I said that, let's have a Mature sense of view. Varus like to keep a distance but isn't shy on engaging. Combo your R's and give him your Speed Boost plus the Slow Note from passive to your enemies and someone will go to fountain. Never go Agressive unless Varus says so.
Aphelios
Your lane state will depend on his understanding of his kit. Still his level 1 is bad so keep that in mind.
Caitlyn
Unfortunately, you dont have any ability that combos to her Traps except for your R. Still she has great range and distance, so you'll be safe most times.
Tristana
Tristana is scary due to her incredible damage that only gets better the more time she spends on the rift. Keep her healthy and maybe a little rich in lane and you'll get a win in no time.
Twitch
Twitch is the 1v9 Champion. Keep him safe and follow him around and he'll burst out the enemy team with your helps. Build Ardent Censer if he goes AD, or Staff if Flowing Water if he goes AP.
Jhin
Your Q range can make him get more roots off, and you try to follow it up with your R. Never try to make long fights and use your E to help him escape.
Xayah
Xayah can protect herself against CC with her R and you allow her to set up her Root with your R. This is a definite Ardent Censer for extra Attack Speed.
Samira
You don't have CC to make her passive that useful, but she will loves your R Stun and E Movement Speed. Build Mikael's Blessing so she can continue her rampage after being CC'd.
Brand
You can go ahead and double CC the enemies and Brand will burst them down. Get Lich Bane and give them the Shotgun Sona Special.
Xerath
Xerath will never try to go in, and so wont you. Play passive and poke the, down. Once you hit 6 try to hit the Burst Note and R while Xerath unleashes his barrage.
Sivir
She can do alot of damage, but she isn't that synergetic with you. She already has a Anti CC shield and a Movement Speed Buff so, healing it is.

Heimerdinger pushes lane alot, so expect to get ganked more than usual. You can combo CC and you'll get fed if Heim knows how to zone them.
Ziggs
Ziggs is the Heimerdinger case: He will push the lane alot and expect ganks, however he will be able to zone them if he's good enough. The added bonus here is his Tower destruction capabilities.
Kalista
Never ever let her use the Black Spear on you. You are very squishy and her R is a Death Trap. But if you really do get her, buy Ardent Censer. Oh and best of luck :p
