For Blue Ezreal, Armor Pen runes work better than AD because Iceborn Gauntlet's and Muramana's damage is unaffected by bonus AD but is affected by Armor Pen. Also, Spirit of the Elder Lizard got nerfed too many times to be honest. No one really purchases it on AD Carries anymore.

For AP Ezreal, why is there a random 1 point in Deadliness ? Just put it in Butcher . Also, Deathfire Grasp is very situational on AP Ez because most of the time you shouldn't be in range to use the active in team fights. Nashor's Tooth empowers your Q to a 115% AP Ratio, gives you more CDR, and makes your basic attacks relevant.

Why are you including random health seals? 0.o

I'm going around trying to balance out the troll votes that "HackUser" has been going around dishing out but I'm typically stingy with up-votes so I don't want to give them out unless I think the guide deserves it. I can't up-vote this guide currently but I'll check back to see if it improves.

@Laggermeister, what do you suggest I use for runes?

A very decent guide, thought it can still be improved.
Your coding is fine but yet not perfect and I believe that adding some graphics to your guide like Banners and line dividers would make it a lot more appealing.
Overall I like it and as it is a good guide and one of the few around here that has an AP build (<3) in it I upvoted. :D
