Ezreal can heal alot.

Summoner Spells

Flash: A staple for all games and matchups. Provides Excellent mobility and kiting potential. Although those brave enough might find Arcane Shift to provide enough mobility and swap flash for another summoner spell.

Heal: Can be quite potent with the edition of Ardent Censer and Redemption. Personal favorite for supporting.

Exhaust: Commonly chosen by supports to neutralize the enemy adc. *Synergizes well with Font of Life granting lifesteal to allies that attack the poor enemy.

Abilities

Mystic Shot: A great poke with more range than most would expect. Early game, mystic shot can be used to poke the enemy bottom lane gaining gold with Spellthief's Edge. Mid to late game this becomes a great spell to spam to fill Athene's Unholy Grail. Due to its fairly low mana cost, don't be afraid to use this spell often.

Essence Flux: Your primary healing spell. Hit allies with Essence Flux to send your Summon Aery to them and thanks to Athene's Unholy Grail, heal them.

Potential buffs given aery:
  • Essence Flux: Attack speed
  • Athene's Unholy Grail: Heals
  • Ardent Censer: Attack speed, on-hit damage, and stronger heals
  • Redemption: Stronger heals

Arcane Shift: Save Arcane Shift for mobility and an escape plan Become the slippery, elusive support enemies despise.

Trueshot Barrage: Scales well with AP but don't be afraid to use it even if it won't score you a kill (assists count for alot). Can hit multiple targets slowing all of them with the passive of Rylai's Crystal Scepter and quickly charging up Athene's Unholy Grail. True shot barrage having a global range is also great to help fights in other lanes and give vision at key locations even if nobody is near.

Runes

Sorcery

Summon Aery: Core to the supporting potential. Hitting allies with icon=essence flux size=20] Essence Flux is the primary way to send the aery. Poke with Mystic Shot but be aware that if it hits an enemy, you'll have to wait for the aery to come back to send it to someone else.

The Ultimate Hat: Due to the versatility of Trueshot Barrage, it is a very nice ability to have up as often as possible.

Transcendence: Ideally, given most of the items in this build and Transcendence, CDR will be capped. Transcendence also keeps an incentive to get any items that may have a nice passive but also more CDR.

Gathering Storm: Compensated for items not having damage scaling stats.

Resolve

Font of Life: Works well with Exhaust providing team lifesteal on the marked target and Rylai's Crystal Scepter, giving team lifesteal on any enemy hit with your abilities.

Revitalize: As this build relies on shielding from Summon Aery and healing from Athene's Unholy Grail, passive modifiers are the only way to increase the healing and shield potential. A 5% increase to both is quite substantial.

Items

--Starting Item--
  • Spellthief's Edge: Makes early-game poking rewarding with gold and provides CDR, AP, and mana regen late-game.
--Core Items--
  • Athene's Unholy Grail: Core to the healing potential of this build. Gains charges when enemies are hit with abilities. Hit allies with Essence Flux to heal them.
  • Ardent Censer: Gives a very nice on hit bonus to allies hit with Essence Flux. Also gives a bonus to healing and shields.
  • Redemption: More healing and shield power. Also gives a ~1k aoe heal late-game.
--The Fun Stuff--
  • Locket of the Iron Solari: A huge shield to protect from burst damage. The size of the shield is increased from item and rune modifiers.
  • Archangel's Staff: Mana regen becomes a hastle late game so consider brining Archangel's Staff for a larger mana pool and a potential self-shield.
  • Rylai's Crystal Scepter: Consider taking to get more use out of Font of Life.
  • Mikael's Crucible: Another potential health and shield boost.
  • Boots of Mobility: Take if you find yourself struggling to get to team fights in time.
  • Ionian Boots of Lucidity: Take if not already capped on CDR or more AP/AD is desired from Transcendence.
