Chapter 1: Introduction
The Most important stats on Xin Zhao are Attack Speed, Cooldown Reduction, Movespeed, and Armor Penetration. With these items you will achieve:

+130 Attack Damge
+105% Attack Speed (145% with Ghostblade Active)
+60 Ability Power (+42 hp heal every third attack, +36 AoE on your E)
+40% increased Gold from Monsters
+30% Cooldown Reduction
+20 Armor Penetration
+27% Life Steal
+20 Armor
+15% Critical Chance
+15 Hp regen
Basic attacks against 100 Bonus magic damage and heal you 10hp.
Basic attacks drain 5% of current health in bonus physical damage.
Basic attacks deal up to 60% of Total attack damage to nearby enemies.
Basic attacks deal 24 bonus magic damage on hit.
You have 3 Unique actives for Dueling!
With all these stats late game, you will not die. You can Solo baron in about 15 seconds without losing any life. You can tank towers. The only thing you cannot do is fight in a 5v5. Burst damage is your worst enemy.
