Matchups
With most matchups, singed loses 1v1 vs most of them early, but he is quite strong after lvl 6. So he is abla to win alot of even fights.
If you are more healthy and enemy is on a camp you can most likely kill them

Ganks
Singed W is a GROUND and prevents flashes and dashes, a well placed W is a guaranteed kill unless your team's a bunch of idiots.
When ganking, save your fling for when the enemy is at the edge of your W and then fling, to make most use of the Ground and slow.
You can also goo fling people into the W aoe and they will be rooted.

Jungle path
Leash bot side buff > Crugs/Gromp > Chickens/Wolves > Gank mid or bot with ghost > Take Scuttle
After gank:
Go b / Clear top side / Gank mid
