Fiora Passive Ability
Passive:
Fiora regenerates Health over time each time she deals physical damage. Striking champions will cause this effect to stack up to 4 times.
Basically this doesn't matter too much, but before you grab a vampiric scepter you can get some health.
Q: Fiora dashes forward to strike her target, dealing physical damage.
This is a great gap closer. One interesting thing you can do, since you can dash twice, you can dash to a minion then to a champion in order to close a larger gap.
W:
Passively gives +15 attack damage to Fiora then an additional +5 every time the skill is leveled up. Fiora parries the next basic attack and reflects magic damage back to the attacker.
This is her most important ability early. Then active doesn't matter (unless you are jungling which is very much viable). The important thing is the passive AD. This will make you chunk early.
E:
Fiora gains additional Attack Speed. Each basic attack or Lunge she lands during this time increases her Movement Speed.
Because of this spell, you don't need to build very much AS. The move speed helps you to stick to your foe, and the AS goes without saying.
R / Ultimate: Fiora dashes around the battlefield, becoming unforgettable in the process, and striking random enemy champions 5 times. Fiora will jump from one champion to the next but she will always finish on the champion that she started the attack on.
The bread and butter. The most important thing to remember is that her ult applies ON HIT AFFECTS. This meant that your life steal happens, and most importantly your ravenous hydra
passive. So in team fights, your ult will do damage to everyone, all the time.

Ninja Tabi:
These will give you some armor because most top lanes are AD, however if your top lane is AP then go with Mercury Treads or Berserker Grieves if you get fed :).
Ravenous Hydra:
With your ult this is just op. Nuff said. Plus you can push lanes fast.
Statikk Shiv:
The new ionic spark! This is quite an underrated item on Fiora. This will give you some AS for killing and the passive lightning, helping with lane pushing. Also the crit chance will help with your burst, but is not reliable. The lightning and the tiamat/hydra go well together giveing you more than just single target damage.
Bloodthirster:
The AD will make you chunk, the Lifesteal with let you stay and push.
Frozen Mallet:
Finally you can have some really tankiness. Plus the passive slow allows you to stick to your foes. The AD doesn't matter.
Guardian Angel
Who wants to die. I know I don't.
~Mid Fiora item explaination coming soon~

Well... in the intro I said i wouldn't but this isn't very in depth sooooo...
Levels 1-5 ~ Early Game:
When you start, you just want to farm. Unless the other top laner is terrible, poking is useless.
Levels 6-10 ~ Mid Game:
This is where you can poke and trade. You will get behind if the other champion has sustain but that isn't bad. As long as your health doesn't get too much lower their's, you are all good. Eventually they will try to engage, but don' fret. Your ults OP! Just ult and do **** loads of damage and they can't target you! You just turned the tables.
If you kill the other champion push as hard as you can, until you take the first tower, but play safe. Don't play dumb.
Levels 11-18 ~ Late game:
Well here's all the team fights. And it is glorious. Wait till you are nearly dead and use your ult in the teamfight. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH YOUR ULT!! This will give you the damage and the life back (OHE from ult) to finish the team fight.
