During any part of the game, if one of your teammates make mistakes, you can save them with ULT.
After you get your Redemption, it will feel like you have 2 ults and your healing has empowered. Thus, you can save your team from making those mistakes in the team fights.
Your crucible is also key for Team fights as it will become an anti CC for the enemy team, or aka a team wide QSS whilist providing strengthened healing!

Healing the low ally, and giving them the power to re-engage in a short amount of time.
