Fizz has extremely high mobility ( when abilities are off cooldown )
He is, in my opinion, one of the best assassins in game.
Fizz also has a extremely high burst combo. If executed correctly, It should kill the enemy ADC at level 13.
He's a fish! Who doesn't like fish?
Fizz's E negates almost every ability, including ultimate's like Cassiopiea and Katarina.
AoE ultimate
Counters pretty much EVERY AP MID!
Cons

Extremely squishy early game.
E has a long cooldown.
If you waste the E at the wrong time, you're screwed.
A very single priority target champion ( Kind of hard to kill more than one person when you engage in a teamfight after your burn everything on their adc. )
