Pros / Cons

Pros:
    Good and fast jungle clear
    Very high early dmg
    Impactfull ganks
High utility makes him very flexible
Cons:
    Scales badly into late game
    High skill cap
    No real CC

Jungling

His passive gives you stronger clearing and energy refunding for each of your spells. You will want to place these 2 basic attacks in between your skills. Farm until you see an oportunity or somebody calls for you to gank. For your jungle rout try to start bot side for a stronger leash and then proceed to kill the buffs. If you do it properly you should bee full HP and ready to gank or counterjungle. When ganking SAVE YOUR Q. Don't just run in and throw your Q into the horizon. Keep your Q to follow up the enemy flashes or escapes. With any gank keep your slow ready for the enemy laner and constantly AA for damage and also if you have red buff, an aditional slow. For the early game try to farm and gank as much as possible because you fall of later. Mid game play around your team, try to get plays while you still can. Later your dmg falls of and you become a tank with a dissplacement and an as slow. Late game engage only if you can get a godly kick off on the mid/adc or you can catch someone. Stay behind and peel. As for teamfights it depends on the game time: early and mid game go in and try to kill the carries, later peel for your backline but this is inaccurate because a lot of things can happen and you just need to learn how to play him and learn your boundries and possibilities.

Ranked Play

If you are skilled with him you can carry early on but in the late game your team is the one who needs to carry you to victory. If you are lower elo try not to play him because he is high risk and try to play something simpler and not so demanding.

Team Work

If you and your team cooperate he is really strong and has a big playmaking potential.

Runes

Pretty simple: AD is the best for his clear and early dmg, you go flat armor on every jungle and the CDR helps. You can change the flat MR for sclaing MR but I thing flat is better since it can matter in early fights.

Masteries

I'll try to go over every single of my choices and explain them a bit:
Savagery- Helps with a clear a bit and gets you through the jungle with more HP the MS doesn't benefit him as much so bonus dmg vs camps is better
Runic Affinity- Self explanatory- he has no uses from mana in the pots and the jungle buffs are a lot better
Merciless- again, no use from mana regen)
Dangeorus game- You aren't laning so the bonus gold from minions dying is usless while the 5% hp can get save you and keep you in the fight
Intelligece- The CDR actually matters and you should never go scalig on junglers bcs you should focus on the early game and win then
Thunderlords Decree- The best for him bcs both you can proc it really fast with q-q-e or aa. The other ones in the tree are just bad for him and the other tree ones i'll go into later
Sorcery- You dont really need AS and you are kind of a spellcaster with some aa dmg
Double Edged Sword- Gives you clear speed and the 20 HP is negligible
Vampirism- Better then the little AD and AP other one gives you, also gives you a little bit more sustain
Oppresor- You will be killing other people with Lee but every team has some sort of a CC and it's just more reliant

Summary

Really strong early, bad late. Can carry if your good with him. Mechanically very intensive and hard to play. Don't play him in silver/bronze- not trying to insult but you are probably better off playing something simpler. He doesn't have that much CC so you must be creative with the ganks. He is really fun to play and you can be very creative with the ganks and the kicks.

Hope this guide helped you. Give me feedback and feel free to ask me anything. If this gets enough good feedback I can do other jungler guides too.
