Garen can be a tank and at the same time a heavy damage dealer. This works best against all enemies specially to those that are only in early games. This build can fend out enemies that continuously damaging opponents like Teemo and Ziggs and still can work out against other tanks like Cho'gath and Shen. This best work on top in early game and in any lane in mid and late game.
