So what you have to know is, that it won't always work this meta is like 50/50 for garen jg he is probably better when you play top so you should think that you won't win every game.
But if you managed to look at this now i can tell you one thing that you should start from top becasue ending on bot lane is ideal, in lower ranks ganking bot is like insta win most of the times.
And its either a full clear or fast lvl 3 into gank and that would be:
a) Red side:
Red -> Blue -> Gromp -> gank bot
b) Blue side:
Blue -> Gromp -> Red -> gank bot
But if you managed to look at this now i can tell you one thing that you should start from top becasue ending on bot lane is ideal, in lower ranks ganking bot is like insta win most of the times.
