Early Game
-Focus on last hitting.
-Try to dodge abilities.
-Get your Q + E combo on them whenever they step up.
-Take advantage of your passive, and sit back to get some health back.

Mid Game
-Roam and smash kids whenever your ult is up.
-Finish Youmuu's and start IE.
-Once you get your ult it is a huge spike, try to snowball.
-Try to catch out their jungler.

Late Game
-Focus on getting on the carries.a-Look for picks whenever you can get one.
-Try to flank around the side.
-Wait for your team to go in before you do.
-SPIN and WIN

With this build you are going to be constantly harassed trying to get farm. You have your passive to help heal you up, but I would still recommend starting Doran's Shield because it allows you to regen more and take a bit less damage from harass. The biggest thing to remember is that this is to cheese people, and make them frustrated, you will get stomped until you find the right opening, which is usually a gank, or a roam on your part. Make sure to save your Q for when a slow or something hits. You should also just flash right onto them with your silence if you are confident that you can kill them. You will need to snowball for this to work at all.
