Most of Garen players play them full tank, but now I´m taking you de new guide for Garen, not-in-depth to do it very short and easy to understand.

Im going to explain dmg items,
Hydra, Blade: We al know that off-tanks with dmg-life steal are so annoying, the idea is to get into battle and tank your team, while getting sustained or become a tank-duelist.
Frozen Mallet: Dmg+Life= Garen

Well, we know garen has a lot of health , which becomes him a tank, so thats your roll: tank, tank and tank. Obviously you have dmg and silence, so in TFs your objective is to start them, and finish them
