He either builds Divine Sunderer or Kraken Slayer, eitherway he deals a lot of true damage or max health damage to you, BORK as a 2nd item also is trouble, and then he gets Death's Dance. Kinda hard to play against.

Item guide
Chempunk Chainsword is EXTREMELY busted in this patch (12.11), I'd go for it if I am the carry, otherwise get other options to peel for teammates and tank.
Anathema's Chains is an absolutely busted item, pair it with redsmite and you're pretty much immune to an enemy champion.
TItanic Hydra is your big damage option, very recommended in low elo.
Black Cleaver is a very good option for high ability haste and armor reduction, buy it when your team is full AD or when your team's AP is behind.
Frozen Heart is good against heavy AD damaging enemies, if they have a fed Kog'Maw or a fed Akshan, it's a pretty good option to reduce attackspeed and give you insane amount of armor.
Maw is pretty good against AP teams, the shield is just insane with a lot of good stats.
