In laning phase, you don't win until you have windwall. Levels 3-6 is where you can beat Akali, after 6 is difficult. Try to bait Akali's Q to prevent your shield from being broken.
Ahri
Abuse levels 1-6. All in and windwall charm and this should give you a kill or a good trade. After 6 she is slightly harder to manage.
Annie
A good Annie will look to poke entire laning phase. Try to engage when she has one stack of her passive, take a good trade, and dash out to prevent being stunned.
Ekko
This lane goes even in skill. When Ekko casts his Q, windwall it and take a trade which forces him to run away after activating his passive.
Diana
Another even matchup, abuse levels 1-6, after 6 it becomes a matter of dashing to avoid being comboed.
Cassiopeia
This lane goes even as well. Dash and take short trades, to bait Cassiopeia's w, of which you can then all in after her escape tool is used.
Azir
A good Azir, will poke during the entire laning phase. A good point to engage is between 1-3, when he uses Q to poke, all in as he has nowhere to go. After 6 this becomes very difficult, windwalling the Azir R is difficult but manageable, keep in mind.
Aurelion Sol
Aurelion Sol has an issue in targets getting close, all in, windwall his q, and proceed to attack him close, avoiding his stars.
Fizz
Fizz will play very passive until level 3, try to abuse level 2 where you are able to dash and take short trades with Fizz. After 6, Fizz will play very aggressive, you can take advantage of the fact that you can windwall his R.
Galio
Galio will play for level 3, try to keep him off the first wave with your Q, use your dashes in order to dodge his abilties.
Irelia
Irelia will try to take a long trade on the first wave by Q'ing the melee minions. To stop her, try to have priority over the melee minions to prevent her from dashing on them. You are able to windwall the E and the R to prevent her from landing her combo on you.
Fiora
This is a very difficult matchup, she is able to hit your vitals while you dash around, as well as parry your knockup. Try to bait out the parry by holding your knockup stack, and proceed to get the next stack and ult her.
Jax
This is an impossible matchup. Jax will be able to jump on you for free. He can jump on you and take short trades and walk out. Or he can all in and utilizing his E, stops your mobility as well as auto attack damage. Try to play safe until level 6.
Jayce
Another impossible lane, Jayce is able to poke and all in. Try to stay away from the minion wave as he can all in quite easily. But do not miss experience, Jayce falls off late game.
Kassadin
Kassadin has leverage only when he hits level 6. Before that, you should be poking him and being as aggressive as possible.
Katarina
This lane goes even, Katarina is able to all in, as well as take short trades. Try to zone her off the second wave, get level two first and take a trade. Keep in mind you are able to windwall her Q and her R.
LeBlanc
Leblanc will try her best to poke you out, she is able to take short trades and all in. Try to avoid her W as well as her E by dashing.
Lissandra
Lissandra is simply a cc-machine. She is easily able to escape from many situations. Early levels, you should try to poke her as much as possible before the rest of her team arrives.
Lux
A very easy lane, you are able to windwall all of Lux's abilities, if Lux doesn't manage to hit her Q, she will not be able to combo you.
Malzahar
Try to poke Malzahar pre-6. He is very weak early on until he gets his ultimate. After level 6 he will try to kill you with his jungler. Try to play safe until you are able to purchase a QSS.
Orianna
A good Orianna will poke you out levels 1-3. If she doesn't take advantage of minions by dashing in on her and make her commit, then windwall her ball so she can't bring it back to her.
Qiyana
Try to poke out Qiyana levels 1 and 2., she cannot do much at this point. You are able to windwall her ult as well as her WQ combo.
Renekton
A simply impossible matchup. Renekton will try to zone you off the level one wave, where the best you can do is poke with Q. When Renekton hits level 2, he is able to oneshot you, if he has 50 fury. Do not underestimate his early 1-6.
Riven
Riven can take short trades and get away with it. Or she can take long trades and win. The best that you can do as Yasuo, is to try to avoid her Q and W by dashing. After level 6, she is able to oneshot you.
Rumble
Rumble will poke you off of the first wave, try to poke him after level two as he has no W yet. Try to take long, extended trades with Rumble as he has to care for his overheat meter.
Seraphine
The easiest matchup possible for Yasuo. She is immobile, squishy, and all of her abilities are able to be windwalled.
Sylas
Sylas cannot get on top of you if he cannot hit his E. Windwall his chain and take short consistent trades to make sure he cannot heal off of them.
Syndra
Syndra will try to poke you out levels 1-6. Try to watch for how many balls she has, if she has more than 2 than she is looking to all in on you and oneshot you. Make sure to time and windwall to block Syndra's E.
Talon
Talon is able to zone you off of the wave level 2. Not having windwall is problematic. He will try to take a long trade with his passive. Try to dash around to not get hit by his W. Dashing around will decrease the chance of you getting hit by his W, which sets his entire combo up.
Twisted Fate
Abuse entire laning phase. If he walks up to card the wave, dash onto him and take short trades, or even an all-in. Make sure to windwall his W, as it is his only CC ability.
Veigar
Veigar is able to be abused levels 1-2, jump on him and force an all in. After level two, try to bait his E by fighting short trades, then shortly all-inning. You are able to windwall his Q and his R.
Vel'Koz
Vel'Koz is able to be poked because his Q, W, and E is able to be windwalled. Dash around to make it difficult for him to hit abilities. And when you fight him, be sure to windwall his E, as it is his only ability that helps with close-ranged champions.
Viktor
Viktor will poke you out the entire phase, if he has phase rush, you will not be able to take short trades with him. Wait for an opening to all in him, dash out of his W and trade heavily or kill him.
Vladimir
Vladimir is able to abuse levels 1-3. You can windwall his E, which is is main form of all-in damage. Dash on him levels 4-6 and windwall his E, to force heavy trades.
Xerath
Xerath is able to be poked levels 1-2 because he has no E. When he has E, be sure to windwall it and dash around minions to avoid his abilities.
Yone
You are able to abuse Yone level 2. He has no E, so you are able to dash around, dodge his Q's and leave. You are able to windwall the end of Yone's Q. Try to take all-in's as he tries to take short trades, then all in.
Zed
Yasuo loses the matchup before level 6. The best you can do as Yasuo, is to windwall his Q's, to prevent his burst. When Zed uses his R on you, dash on him and wait for his Q's to windwall.
Zoe
Zoe will take short trades, try to force all-in's by dashing, as she is immobile. Windwalling her E, will minimize her damage as it sets up her entire kit.
