PROS

-Hard Outscales

Gwen's biggest strenght is that she scales like a monster. After a couple of items, she would break absouletly anyone in a million pieces with one Q. Not many champions can deal with her without bringing the whole chinese population. Since she is an AP auto attacker she can shred towers with ease. She has really good wave clear thanks to her Q and lastly she is a great duelist with a lot of mobility and sustain. She can chase you down, be very durable in her mist and heal up a lot of her health bar.
CONS

-Bad early
-Teamfighting
-No CC
Gwen also comes with her weaknesses, like her bad early. She has to play safe and farm without taking too much damage so she can reach her powerspike. She's a bad teamfighter aswell. She has akward teamfighting and no CC to be as impactful as other top laners.
Ability Sequence
You want to start E first because it gives some attack range and attack speed along with some on-hit magic damage making you 1v1's really good early. The ability you want to max first is Q then E into W

Lethal Tempo or Conqueror?
Conqueror
-Conqueror gives Gwen better all-in's, early 1v1's and good teamfights. It's better than Lethal Tempo because of the healing. It's too good to pass on.
Lethal Tempo
-Lethal Tempo is better when you want to be aggressive and make the other team FF. I still believe Conqueror is better because of all of the advantages it gives.
Presence of Mind
-You want to get presence of mind because of the mana regen which allows you to be still more aggressive and use all of your abilities while managing your mana.
Legend: Alacrity or Legend: Tenacity?
Legend: Alacrity
-Legend: Alacrity is your main Legend Rune as it gives attack speed. We all know Gwen loves attack speed which makes it the best choice.
Legend: Tenacity
-Legend: Tenacity is better VS Heavy CC Teams. Pair it up with Mercury's Treads and you will be able to walk normally again after getting hit by Dr. Mundo's Q and E every second.
Last Stand
-Last Stand is just the best option for your last rune. Not much to say about it.
Bone Plating or Second Wind?
Bone Plating
-Bone Plating makes you a little bit more tanky which is pretty useful in teamfights to still stay alive.
Second Wind
-Second Wind is good in Ranged or Heavy Poke champions as it heals you a ton paired up with Doran's Shield.
Unflinching or Revitalize?
Unflinching
-If the enemy team has a lot of CC take Unflinching for the Tenacity.
Revitalize
-If the enemy team does not have a lot of CC, then take Revitalize. It makes healing with your passive so much better.
