Hello Hi Good Day, Hollie here with an Annie guide for you<3 As I main Annie I've had a lot of experience with playing her against different champs, whether Mid or Bot, Annie can dominate with the right plays.

Runes

These runes are my personal preference, I like to go all out damage when playing Annie because she has such a high burst, however, if you feel she's too squishy and want to go more defensive (Although I think Rod of Ages takes care of that pretty well) Be my guest.

Masteries

These are also personal preference, Feel free to go down the defensive tree if you must. Although later bursting people down quick enough, she won't need the extra sustain in lane.

Pros
She's great at bursting people down
Great initiation for team fights with Tibbers and Stun
Can also be a very good support if needed
