Hecarim is my main for a long time...Main lane jungle, heavy tank build.With this build u can carry your team in teamfights, distract and hold back enemys from your important members of team.

Ghost combinated with Devastating Charge is sick combination of movment speed and engaging in to teamfights.
Smite you're jungle duuuuh!

On level 1 buy Cloth Armor and 5 Health Potion not Hunter's Machete because we do not need damage in game we want armor and health as it says in title "Heavy Tank"...Go on blue u should use 1 potion on golem so you won't drop below 60% hp 2.Go on wolves after that wraiths than go down on golems and when you reach level 3 get the red than again wraiths and you should be lvl 4 ready with your Devastating Charge, go gank mid, its impportant for you to succed, because you gain the xp and gold you need to get on lvl 6 faster,!LEAVE KILL TO MID CHAMP!!,
repeat jungle untill you get lvl 6 than gank bot.I suggest u save your ghost spell for bottlane,after bot go back to base,buy Ninja Tabi and Giant's Belt or Chain Vest depends on your money...after base go blue and gank toplane and thats pretty much it...After just follow my guide and assist your team as much as u can.You don't need more than 5-8 kills per game.

Well all you need to do is go in first and get aggro on yourself drop little lower so they get interested go in with Onslaught of Shadows than Spirit of Dread and other spells.IMPORTANT TO KEEP YOUR ATTACK DAMAGE CARRY BEHIND AND PROTECT HIM NO METTER OF WHAT remember you are the tank!

This is not guide with ad heca and trinity force i pearsonally thing that iteam on hecarim is waste and total Bulls*?!@So if you want some other build dont look for this one because this one is TEAM HELPING,TEAM FIGHTING HECA ONLY!
