Introduction

Heimerdinger is probably not the best champion in the league but, with this build he can be a very effective top lane.

Runes

With the runes of Magic penetration your attacks will do a little bit more damage. The best part about having the gold runes is that you get a LARGE amount of gold which helps you rush the better items in the mid game. Heimerdinger is usually attacked very early in the game so the Glyfs of magic resist help you escape ear;y death.

Masteries

Ahhh the old utility tree.

The best thing a Heimerdinger could want. With the regen biscuit and the explorer ward you can live when ganked or it just helps in farming.

Items

Heimerdinger's items are ok for regening his mana but late game he does a decent amount of damage.

Spells

Spam! DON'T SPAM YOUR SPELLS IN THE EARLY GAME! Your rockets have the longest range in the game use them.

TURRETS OP! Use these whenever you can especially in team fights.

UPGRADE! SPELL VAMP. Use this when they are killing your turrets or you need health.

CONCUSSION GRENADE! Good for doing some damage late game but good for slowing targets.
