H-28G Evolution Turret and run away , and still kill almost the whole enemy team.
- has CH-1 Concussion Grenade that stuns and is very effective late game
-
Hextech Micro-Rockets do alot of damage and hit multiple targets (hits 5 targets with ult on)
- CH-1 Concussion Grenade hits multiple targets , and if you have your ult on it travels faster
-
H-28G Evolution Turret do burst damage at upgrade 5
-
H-28G Evolution Turret slow if ult is on, and they get healed.
CONS
- Really slow
- doesnet do alot of damage early game

The reason for the early
Rylai's Crystal Scepter is so that you wont die fast, and it gives a good amount of ability power. The reason that you get
Ionian Boots of Lucidity is so that you have cool down for your
H-28G Evolution Turret , because they are your main source of damage. You should always get
Rabadon's Deathcap on
Heimerdinger because it gives you an insane amount of ability power. You get the
Zhonya's Hourglass so that you can place your
H-28G Evolution Turret , and hit that and stand their and watch people die. You get
Void Staff so that you have more magic penetration for late game when people start to build magic resist. And finally for
Will of the Ancients the reason that you get this is so that you have life steal and more ability power for late game so you can place your turrets and run away while ganing health back.

The best way to farm on
Heimerdinger is to place a turret down when alot of the minions are low ( best when
H-28G Evolution Turret is at upgrade 5 so it does aoe) so that it will attack really fast, and you can also use grenade to kill the minions really fast. you can also farm at turrets pretty well, and turret hug throughout the whole game, because your passive heals the turret and your
H-28G Evolution Turret while you turret hug. Be sure that you do not waste all your mana on farming tho although it is very important you will need your mana if you get in a fight, and you will need to keep atleast 1
H-28G Evolution Turret up at almost all times unless you get in a fight and you use both.

The best way to play
Heimerdinger with a team is to have someone with a stun or a throwback so that you will be able to get close enough to the enemy to cast your CH-1 Concussion Grenade, and then place your
H-28G Evolution Turret down and get a quick kill. You will most likely do the most damage on the team if your team knows how to work good with a
Heimerdinger, and if you know how to play with your teamates well. You will need atleast one teamate around you at all times during early game, and sometimes late game if you didnt get enough farm or kills in early game. You will need a teamate around you at almost all times because you will most likely need the extra damage from your teamate to help you kill the enemy, and incase you get ganked.

In ranked people dont really think that
Heimerdinger is a real threat so they wont ban him. He can counter jungle pretty well because he can place
H-28G Evolution Turret down stun and run around the jungle creature. you can also solo dragon after level 14 or a little before if you got your build far enough. you will need to push turrets really hard if their team is dead If you are going to attack a turret then place atleast 1
H-28G Evolution Turret down so that you will do alot of damage it is best to attack enemy turrets when you have your tank with you, or another player so that you will destroy the turret really fast.

THe skill sequence is a basic
Heimerdinger skill sequence max turrets first then stun then rockets. The reason for this is because your
H-28G Evolution Turret are your main source of damage , and you need your CH-1 Concussion Grenade so that people cant run away from them. When you are fighting someone you should throw your stun first get close place both of your
H-28G Evolution Turret use your
Hextech Micro-Rockets at close range to make sure they dont hit minions, and cast your
UPGRADE!!! so they get slowed from your
H-28G Evolution Turret (only do this if you know you can kill that person, and it is best to use your
UPGRADE!!! in team fights so that if you kill that one person your
H-28G Evolution Turret will target another target.)

I hope that you will enjoy this build i have spent over 2 months trying to perfect it. I will continue to work on it threw all the patches.the 3v3 and 5v5 guides are a little different, but just in the item purchase, and masteries. The reason the item perchase is differnet is because you dont need
Boots at first in 5v5.If you like this build please like it, and dont like it unless you have actually tested it please.
