His Q is abo****ly deadly for every combo, if you are lucky that's a Q E Garen, you should use your W Whenever you see him casting Q Then.
His W is also extremly dangerous since he can counter your E And your R easily with that, keep that guy far and banned if possible

Irelia in the first minutes

So I pretty much hate playing that first minutes, because I just can't play safe enough to survive it as Irelia, either I win my lane pretty good or I lose it in a bad way, but after all, I always try to get as many farm as possible, and split till i have my core items, and if i lost my turret, and the enemy laner is probably not there, you can try to get a turret or TP somewhere to help after pushing the lane

Actually fights and my favorite teamfight combo

So i always start my fights with kinda a E R Q E Q W combo, so they are not able to burst me, and i can recast my Q twice, which is a tons of damage and also heal if you got the Lifesteal build, of course you shouldnt do that on a tank, or their support, try to get that ultimate into bigger groups and focus the actually carry, may it be a Yasuo, Leblanc, or Jhin, you should be able to shut down atleast that person, which actually wins a teamfight if you are not completly alone :P
