Eye of Equinox or Face of the Mountain?

If you want to shield teammates and protect them more early game, buy FOTM but if it starts getting to late game, the shield won't matter as much and Equinox gives you an extra item slot without sightstone there.

Why exhaust over ignite?

I find exhaust a lot better later in the game when there are assassins and engage top laners like ekko and irelia that will jump on the ADC. I think ignite is fine for early game, but if you dont get a lead its pretty much useless late game.

Why is Deadman's Plate situational?

I personally don't like to buy items that only benefit me. I like to buy items that help the whole team out and I think items like Randuins and Frozen Heart are better for the team.

Who are good ADC's with Braum?

ADC's with high attack speed like Jinx or Kog'Maw are good because they proc the passive quickly. Also ADC's with kiting abilities like Lucian or Vayne work well too.
