Not much needs to be explained, refine when u need room and can afford to refine items but build essentials first always. QER is a great engage and pone muinuver, be sure to save your frenzy its a great to kill someone before they run away as the ability gains damage based on how much health they are missing. Figure the rest out for yourself as thats more based on playing style, and eat good!
